@@austinmartinez9702 No that's not the case If you even start and end the mission it will still show completed but then it won't have any effect on the guard's equipments or the attack helicopters... You have to destroy every last one of those to ensure that the guard's are left with no armour or powerful guns and no attack helicopters ☺️
Yes! There are 3 in total one will remove any armour from the soldiers one will leave them with pistols and one will completely remove the air support of the island, but yes Mr. Rubio will still come for you in his personal helicopter to kill you but again you can scare him off by firing at him and dealing some damage... For the disruption missions you just have to start a mission, then load into new session and it will be completed. Only works for disruption tho
