Professor, you will go down as one of the all-time greats of both Information Technology and education. Your material is criminally underrated...I believe people just don't know it's out there! Their loss...

I know that you get thousands of comments a day on these videos, but they have been instrumental for my studying. I've never felt more confident going into an exam after watching these videos. Thank you so much for uploading these, the way you explain everything and break it down and make it so easy to understand. Cheers Professor Messer!

When explaining the External DNS server, you say they will not have any internal device information, but you can use them to manage your "external devices". What does that mean?

Internal devices are inside of your firewall, and external devices are publicly available services on the outside, or Internet facing side, of your firewall.

@@professormesser Thank you, Professor Messer! That does answer my question. Your videos and booklet helped me pass A+. Now I'm going through your Network+.

Thank you so much for this. Im paying for the security and A+ out of respect and support. Somehow I feel your probably not hurting for cash considering the knowledge you have!

Hello Prof, just a quick question regarding DNS. I'm thinking to use cisco open DNS instead of Google, for my home router. Do you recommend that?
