I’ve been watching a bunch of these videos and all of these factories would be shut down in the USA. For multiple issues of health , safety, environmental pollutions,child labor . And so much more. But they do great work with limited resources and out dated equipment. Great stuff.
Those (OWNERS) are the ones, investing their money to buy all that machinery to start this. Without the (OWNERS) those (REAL ARTISTS) would not be artists to start with. So yes. the profit should go to the owners.

It is two way deal, without these workers the owner can buy machinery everything and will sit and enjoy. Since they need livelihood they have no other option but to accept working in these circumstances.
