It’s not very decorated, in general it’s not very cozy in the center of Bucharest, especially in winter. It’s very dark and not at all Christmas-like, add to this the shamans with a tambourine. Terrible place.
I agree with some points you mentioned, and I have also seen many other Christmas markets with much better conditions. However, everyone has different preferences, and it's great that there are diverse options to cater to various tastes. If you're looking for a cozier spot in Bucharest, there is another market on the west side of the city. People probably choose the closest option to them.
