The compacts are actually becoming more popular (at least here in Europe).
Nobody wants them, so they are dirt-cheap, but many come out of actually caring hands.
So you get a BMW, but not for the price of a "full" one.
Funny enough the compacts are the best budget skid
The 18i comes with the same engine as the 318is sedan/coupe and the rear suspension design is from an E30 wich makes it easier to slide, the e36 stock suspension is more prone to understeer

@@highthai7 hmm nah , if you can sure M50 swap it if your car inspection allows it. But otherwise the 318i compact skids just fine with enough conviction , coilovers and welded diff obviously help a ton
Exactly, the prices in Europe are crazy cheap in my country it's basically almost "free", you can get a road ready full functionable and good looking 316i or 318i for 300$ or exchange it for a telephone or something

E36 ti and the Z3s are so great for this. The much improved E36 front suspension works so well with the older E30 rear suspension.

Billy Beane I meant from the community. When someone says style they immediately say Forest Wang, even when he was gone last year. I appreciate them both for bringing different things to the scene. Rad Dan is Rad! Him and Renee are a great team and the passion built Supra is so sick.
RadDan is beastmode and a real chill dude... completely walked through the tear down and rebuild of his supra... after bending the frame at long beach he fixed it within 1 week and was testing it at willow without any of the body panels or even doors...
Rad Dan's the man. Doesn't get the credit he deserves. And Denofa' antics are great.

"Bmw inline 6's dont sound very good" maybe when you have a cheap ass home built exhaust on it, but that can make pretty much any car sound like shit imao
@Luis Fernando Lopez They *can* sound alright NA, but the problem is when you start messing with the mid pipes, or resonators they have a tendency to start sounding like an oversized Honda motor, with all sorts of rasp. From a basic 2 liter inline six all the way up to the S54B32 motor in the E46 M3. They all have a tendency to sound like ass cause theres a lot of kids that straight pipe E36 and E46, which makes your ears bleed.
