A Mexican mariachi library would be awesome. Please, it's time to work in American (north, centre and South America) libraries. As netuno says. They would be a best seller.
not last but not least, we needs "Nordic music" Instruments. Scandinavian/Nordic/Sami/ETC music has become increasingly popular through many media and media in modern times. I think you'll be able to make wonderful Spotlight with string instruments such as nickel harpa and tagelparpa, wind instruments made of various bones, and drums made of leather. I'm so happy to release a great instrument this time. Thank you. I'm looking forward to it more in the future.
Excellent walkthrough and demo Rueben! Thank you. The customizing of the instruments is astounding. Now to download and ‘fiddle’ about with the instruments 😎☘️
@@luisbovleck5173 I don't see the relevancy. Yes, they both sing in "espanol" and they both play acoustic guitars, but that's about it what connects them musically. Spain don't have tango and Argentina don't have flamenco. Native musical instruments of both countries are also not the same. Perhaps, NI could do Spain separately and South America separately, but last one will be one huge sample library. Brazil only will be a considerable territory to cover.
I love all these libraries but what I would really love to see is some love for reaktor❤️ some new cool exotic creative ensembles that would be really awesome ❤❤❤
I am only able to trigger the instrument keyswitch note changes when continuously holding down the respective key-switch (with my mouse) on the virtual keyboard, while playing. If I input the keyswitch on the PRV, I can see it activated in the virtual keyboard, but it makes no changes to the midi events. I'm new to NI VI's and Kontakt player, so please excuse me if I'm missing something obvious. Any advice on how to trigger the keyswitches with a single press (and release) of the key, and in the PRV would be welcome. Thank you. NI support is non-existant, which is very disappointing.
How do the strumming keyswitches (D#0 for downstroke, C#0 for upstroke) work? I've followed the advice of Alexander who said "press the keyswitch for the articulation then hit the chord again" but that doesn't seem to work.
I hope it will revamp by expanding all the instruments’ ranges because of innovations (Irish flute adding innovative (tenor) serpent flute sounds; tin whistle adding low whistle sounds etc). The number of blue keys will increase so that more music can be created and instruments will be more versatile. The range will be Bb1 to C7 (46 to 108) in blue keys for every instrument
@@NativeInstruments I`m more interested to know if i can make my own ideas with it, i dont need someone elses ideas, but thanks for that info. It could be useful for producers who are short on time.
@@NativeInstruments alright thanks I found them but they don’t respond when I play a chord there’s no upstroke or downstroke happening when I press the corresponding keyswitches whether it’s for the banjo or the mandolin…

Yeah its not like it comes with authentic phrases you can edit or there are thousands of videos teaching this on TH-cam. Nothing beats the real thing though
@@Andoroid I thought the same when making the comment. It's a hard one. I use plenty of these sample based virtual instruments. But they really take away the personality of the musician. This one, but with a fiddle that doesn't sound like a drunken saxophonist.

You guys read my mind. I needed this. Now we need a Brazilian spotlight collection!
A collection of irish instruments?? I'm in!

Oh it brings tears to the eye, it does, like a chorus of wee bagpipe-playing angels!

Thanks so much 😍
Gorgeous library!!!!!
East Africa Spotlight collection is needed.
I've been expecting Spotlight *Spain* for a while, but Ireland is cool too! ☘
In such case, they should add Argentina in there too!

Phrases only or they are fully playable instruments too?
Hi! You can export phrases as MIDI and edit them further using your DAW. ✌️

Will probably be a part of Komplete 15 I guess
The Uilleann pipes sound great! I'm very curious how well they would work from a wind controller like my Wx-5. Any comment, NI?
Uilleann pipes has never sounded great 🤣🤣
You can play Kontakt instruments using any controller that can send MIDI information. ✌️
A lot of these instruments are hard to find good kontakt samplers for, this is great!
not really
Need a collection solely focused on FLAMENCO.
this is cool but I would love to see a native instruments library similar to the eastwest hollywood fantasy

Why wasting so much UI space with such big images? It looks good but it’s very inefficient
As a mandolinist, the mandolin is a real let down. Otherwise a wonderful collection.
Trouble is you'd actually need to be a traditional player to know when and where to put ornamentation. May as well pay a musician to play it
Traditional instruments don’t necessarily have to be played traditionally

It's winter in the UK and I'm bunged up 😷

I agree, but not everyone has the time nor the money to buy and learn the dozens of instruments that they want to utilize in their arrangements
