@@BirdAndbeyond we are hand rearing a 4week old cockatiel it has had its feathers pulled out by its parents and it was not being fed it has large air bubbles under its neck and was wondering if you had any advice how to get rid of them

Its not air buubles. Its called crop. You need to feed him/her quickly because that crop is empty and thats why its feels like air bubble. I hope and pray its not already too late because they are very sensitive when babies. Please feed ASAP

Welcome to my world. 🙂. Imagine feeding 25 of those at a time? Im glad she is doing well. The cry part is very natural. Just make sure the crop is full when feeding. You need to every 4-5 hours. Good luck.
