Nice software. Word of caution though: One cant delete the default pipeline on the trial plan, which has only one pipeline => you are stuck with the default pipeline

Very good CRM three issues and situations I found that it´s not possible to do in the Bigin.CRM and I thing would help alot to make it alot better.
Firstly not having the possibility to associate receaved email or emails to pipeline deal.
Secondly, not having the possibility to associate the emails witch contain contact in CC email to the contact .
Thirdly in the Gmail the plugin in gmail email only creates contact information but does not associate the email to the contact or to pipeline like other CRMS like for example streak.crm or Odoo.CRM.

Hello Duate,
1. You can't associate the received email manually to a deal.
2. As of now you can associate only with the Primary email of the contact
3. It pulls the Email conversation also when a contact is created via gmail plugin ..
