Luis is back to try out these breakfast puff pastry squares! These were really easy to make - although the next time I made them, I used a different puff pastry and it wasn't the same so lesson learned! He loved these and so did my entire family - we made these for Mother's Day and they were gone :) Luis is picky, so if it passes his test, you should definitely try this!

Also, what an interesting process this one was. I thought the circle pieces were gonna go on top at the end and baked as like a little pastry lid /top hahaha
