I remember getting to see Aguinaldo's car in his mansion in Kawit during a field trip in my elementary days. Then I got to see Quezon's car in Baler several years later

The 1990s versions of the S-Class, 7 Series, and the Audi A8 are the best.
For me personally, the W140 and the E38 are the best of the best.

The 1953 Crown Imperial Limousine of Elpidio Quirino was purchased by him with his own money and it became the official car of Malacanang Palace in the last year of his presidency. Ramon Magsaysay rode in that limousine when Elpidio Quirino brought him to the Quirino Grandstand to be sworn in as the next President. After Magsaysay got down, Elpidio Quirino shook hands with him and rode off in his Crown Imperial Limousine to his house in Novaliches, Quezon City. President Ramon Magsaysay did not use that limousine for official purposes because it never remained behind in the Malacanang Palace Garage.

GMA's W140 Benz will be a good service for BBM imho
Any of FEM's W100- Landaulet, 6-door Pullman or the BP will just be perfect also ✌️

Kindly inform the Presidential Car Museum that Pres. Macapagal's car is not a 1959 but a 1960 Cadillac. They have to change the sign and correct the model year.

Hopefully soon, another presidential car will be included here soon....
    a 1940 Lincoln Zephyr V12 limousine
the official car of the late President Carlos P. Garcia (1957-1961)
I want to carve it on wood, make it 2 feet long, with opening and functioning parts all handcrafted
and soon be included on display here 🙂

Sad the 600 pullman of mc coy was spirited out of malacañang shortly after people power. Didn't he also have a 600 laundaulet (saw if rotting away at commerical motors eons ago). The BMW of GMA is missing. That was a beautiful car with its sophisticated defense system, including, reinforced front end for ramming through road blocks.

The Mercedes-Benz S-Class is a good fit for an amazing state car. I admit. I prefer full-size luxury sedans like that, even the BMW 7 Series and Audi A8.

Imagine if the Philippines was still part of the U.S. American cars would be more affordable and within reach of the average Filipino and not treated as some overtaxed luxury like the current government does.

and Ford will be the most dominant marque here like Toyota
and our no. 1 luxury brand will be Cadillac

11:56 Gifts from the German Government. Well it was certainly effective marketing strategy as the government still uses Mercedes-benz S-class to the current President.

If I recall correctly yung unang visit ko jan, tinanggal daw yung mga engines, wirings at mga parts na nabubulok such as brake fluid and oil. It'll take time and effort para ibalik yun lalo na siguro yung mga lumang luma na.

Apparently, the Palace still uses the Aquino and Duterte cars as reserves. Some of the cars in the Museum used to be reserve cars at well. Any leads to the Garcia car would be greatly appreciated.

1:46 as mentioned here, not his presidential car but personal one. 1920's model, when he was no longer president and we were already an american colony.
What car brands were available at the time, aside from american ones? Thanks
