At PHD they want seasoned scholars.Who can carry out research without much supervision.You will also be paid and therefore they want return on investment and also PHD departments generate funding to universities through their research work.

I contacted a professor in this school. She never replies me Even sent a reminder And there is funding for my interested study PhD hydrology Wetland geography. I sent my resume, transcript to her so she could be encouraged There’s much to all of these anyways
