What do you mean with Udyr should not be able to gap close so well? There are characters that jump at you all day long. Easier to pick up champions like Udyr feel underpowered all the time, especially if you face Smurfs on high mobility champions all the time.
While I agree that Udyr needs a nerf, the current nerf only slightly hits R max style, and makes Q max feels even more underwhelming. I want a balance between Q and R playstyle.
