These are fundamental markers of beauty and it just so happens that it is distinguishing features of Russians, their national/ethnic traits. This makes them more striking compared to other Europeans. Many people struggle to articulate what is so special about Russians in terms of beauty because they look like your regular white folk, but with more OOMPH! Good genetics.
