If it was shipped with a theme then you will have to wait for the theme developers to release an update with the new version of Page Builder included. However, the plugin has never been 'free'.

It was giving me so many headaches I was ready to ask for my money back until I found this (plus with the switch to Gutenberg dashboard at the same time which really hasn't helped) but now I feel much more confident to have a go!

The first thing I would suggest it to take a look at the theme settings as you may find that is what controls the header, etc. and Page Builder only used for the page content. I hope that helps. :0)

Only problem I have is that when I add a parallax image to the row and then insert text and a button inside the row, the button is not clickable and the text is rather dull (supposed to be white) almost as if the image is layered on top of the text and button. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
