What surprises me most is these institutions aren't documenting outcomes after procedures.

A good percentage of Brits already have private insurance, and if anything, this ruling will just push more to go that way. So called “puberty blockers” are not banned by any organization other than the NHS, which is pretty much on its last leg anyway. As long as there is private healthcare, these drugs will be available. This is so obvious to me, but I understand that most people believe what they want to believe.

Tis excellent news, and I'm with Julia, I think we should see prosecutions for this. Anyone who examined the issue with even the smallest amount of critical thinking would have come to this conclusion years ago, so either they did and they ignored it, or they didn't because they were so ideologically captured that they lost their power of logical reasoning. Either way it's criminal negligence and they should stand trial for their crimes.

"WPATH" is an Ideology, NOT a "leading world authority on gender medicine"!

Then why do the WPATH files reveal that there are doctors, at WPATH, who feel that their policies aren't based on science and are, at best, experimental? I remember the lobotomy fiasco. Then the Oxycontin mess which killed thousands.
Doctors aren't omnipotent. They make mistakes and are just as vulnerable to indoctrination as anyone else. You'd think that the example of Joseph Mengele and his associates would have made this clear.

There is no such thing as “real gender dysphoria”, there are just people who are able to recover from it and a minority who (for various reasons including comorbidities like PTSD and autism) are not able to recover from it. Studies on intersex children do not support the idea of a real trait called gender identity that exists separate from gender expression.

When you’re shooting testosterone in your ass twice a week it makes you very emotional especially rage.

@@ransakreject5221 indeed. some female detransitioners have reported a "high" from testosterone injections that lasts for around 1-3 days or so, and then the next 11 days are spend anticipating that next shot.
And that's when it's being administered by someone else like a medical professional or parent. I imagine the kids that get ahold of this "DIY hormone replacement therapy" from online predators, and who are administering it themselves, might be easily tempted to take it more often. Greatly compounding the consequences to their health, not realizing what losing their health will be like because they're kids. They can't fathom it.

Any former directors will be covered for their actions by insurance and other policies they write up themselves. That’s business law, another ‘protected’ characteristic! across public services we have lots of fake expert directors, CEO’s, commissioners, mayors, with no academic qualifications other than fake ‘management’ or leadership qualifications. Like gender identity, apparently if can talk in a loud voice about absolutely anything, you can now identify as a leader and claim expertise on every subject under the sun. And worse - impose your ideologies through new laws under the guise of improving others in society. What we can do is ‘talk’ about it and even that may be soon stopped using covert hate crime laws once again written by very very dodgy unelected individuals no one has heard of.

Also, I think that this is masking the problem of lower level of testesterone in young males. I mean, now young 20 years old men has the same levels of testestorone than 60 years old men in 1950. What are the reasons for that? And it is a major health issue for men. And I have not heard what is happening for women, but I presume something similar.
