I loved these when I first saw them but now coming back to grab the pattern because I'm making one. My granddaughter wants the cat fur this year. She even wanted to go pick the yarn out. Lol it's halfway done.
After each chain 1, do you single crochet into the same stitch first or the next one? I'm not adding stitches into the joining stitch mentioned, but it still looks like the bag's increasing on one side 😢

its kinda sounding like maybe you're putting a stitch in the false stitch..she mentioned to watch out for it, its part of your join and not a real stitch.
Your work is magnificent, but your teaching needs some work, I'm trying to follow but you are just to quick, some of us are just beginning to crochet...
