I needed to hear this :-) i'm gluten and dairy intolerant and every year i make myself sick just to not insult family or to not be a burden to them. This year no more. They have to adapt to what i have. it's just the way it is. I'm helping with the menu and the cooking just to make sure that i can eat well and i'm not temped to eat other things. thank you for this video. means the world to me

I am fortunate. My family is actually fairly functional. No one ever tries to be pushy or judgemental.

I'm Celiac... DNA tested in my late 40's, after a lifetime of neurologisical issues, IBS, depression and anxiety... I found out I have POTS too... Probably my whole life as I recall symptoms as far back as when I was a teenager. I was put on prescription psychiatric medicine my entire life for panic attacks that never worked, likely the Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome rather than true anxiety... Maybe I'm just venting as doctor's never listened to me, just drugged me. How do I improve my life now after all of the damage, leaky gut, perhaps permanent nerve damage (I have had and to a lesser degree still have gluten ataxia symptoms). I cut out all gluten and all carbs besides leafy greens. I take 2 tsp of salt per day for the POTS. I need to find a good doctor who will take me serious, is there a directory of functional medicine doctors online? I really do not trust doctors anymore.
I saw your video in October for POTS, I'd love to learn more.

Dr. Osborne: Something I just don't understand , if our stomach is as large as a tennis court, why is it that a little gluten or dairy will hurt? I Had the genetic testing done through your office and had several markers. Have not had any grains and very little dairy since April.

That is like asking why a little bit of cyanide should hurt you. THINK before you type.
