Game designer here. Heavily simplifying things but unreal is similar to scratch in the way its "programmed" making it very easy for making a whole game from 12 YT tutorials. This rinks of a student project that someone's trying to make some cash from. Also the asset you thought was pirated is one of the most pirated unreal environments lol.
He's definitely a big inspiration and I love his vids, but I don't think I'll do ever do big deep dives into the crypto stuff since honestly It goes way over my head, but playing these NFT games are fascinating to say the least haha.
