Does it work on fevicril molded clay
Hi there, our videos are filmed specifically with Mont Marte products in mind. It is difficult for us to comment on another brand without knowing the composition of their clay. You're free to try our general art tips with other products but for product specific questions we'd suggest contacting the brand directly 😊
Will this work even if the clay is as hard as if it's baked?
Hi 🥰 Air Dry Clay dries when the water evaporates from it. So to revive it, water needs to be put back into the clay. Air dry clay dries through stages, it goes from wet and malleable, to what we call the leather stage, then to the bone dry stage. Up to the leather stage it can be revived, but by the time it has reached the bone dry stage it cannot easily be brought back to its malleable point.

Hi there, we can only give advice on using Mont Marte products as the formulation and properties can be different from brand to brand. While you can try these tips on other clay brands, we recommend contacting the brand directly if you have any questions about their products specifically 😊
Can you also use containers?
Hi there, thanks for getting in touch! Yes, you can store our air dry clay in an air-tight container, along with a little bit of water to keep it moist 😊
This works with crayola air dry clay, right?
Hi there, thanks for getting in touch! The information in this video is based off working with Mont Marte air drying clay and not Crayola, so we’re unsure if it would work. We encourage everyone to experiment, so you can test this out on Crayola air dry clay and see how it goes 😊

Is it possible without waiting for 2 days?
Hi there, unfortunately, it takes around 2 days to re-absorb into the dry clay. If you're in a real rush then you can break the dry clay into very small pieces but it will still take at least 24 hours to reconstitute. Hope this helps 😊

What if water is poured too much
Did you pour too much water because I did and I don't know what to do now if you did can you please inform me
The more water added to the clay the softer it will be. If it is too slippery to use, wait for it to dry up a bit before using 🥰
