Many other cruisers make a point of diving (snorkelling) on the anchor to check it, if possible. And some use an Anchor Alarm App on their phone to check for dragging. The Snubber hook and line (or bridle) take the anchoring loads off the windlass. Also the bridle has a bit of give / stretch when anchoring with just all chain. Great work with just an iPhone👍
The fjords are majestic indeed, and some good exercise climbing those stairs. Isn't it great when you meet someone that you just fit in with so well. See you next episode, fair winds⛵️😊
I really like the music you are choosing Good stuff. somebody on that boat knows what up. When it comes to the music thang!! You know who are! Ha! Hey, If you keep making them. I'm gunna keep on watching them.
You are very fortunate, at a young age you have been able to travel the world on a sailboat. I really want to do this, just I'm confused thinking about what documents are needed? What are marina, ports, customs or immigration checked at each stop?
You guys are rad keep up the good work. Elan384 looks like a great cruising boat just need to hook up some solar... Wishing ya full sheets and following seas friends!!
Massive THANK YOU GUYS for the shoutout! Hope some of your fans find their way over to our page :D Gotta add the link to the video with you guys in it here ones I have a better connection again... Fair winds out of the Med guys! Hope we cross paths again soon (I hear there is a chance of me joining the Rainbow Warrior in Australia around mid October.... just in case you are THAT fast....)
Alright Manuel, we will accept that challenge. 50 knot mistral winds blowing off the northeast of Sardinia could make it work. If not, have a vegemite sandwich for us and have a great time X&J x
Did I hear you right? "Between the hours of 10:00 and 3:00 you do not relieve yourselves" ????? And then said something about hydration. Can you explain!
I have been a supporter of Project Mania since they were in Myanmar, and Follow the Boat gave them a recommendation. Hard to make a difference to the world, but if enough try, things do happen....
Love you narration, but. When showing the scenery try and do it less like a selfie. Your face and hat take up most of what you are trying to show us and slow down the panning. KoKo
Is this how posh Aussies speak these days? Good on yer mate, think there's a bit of of a socialistic whiplash in Australia at the moment. When I was there in 1972 it was all just beginning but, by god, it was a beautiful, wild place. Seem to remember a confrontation between Gough Whitlam and the GOVERNOR GENERAL Sir john Kerr when I was there. And Queensland had a far right president called Petersen. Anyway, some sort of mad Dutchman. Nice memories and good fun as I was young and mad. Still am.

Thanks Benjamin; we really love her. She got decked out with solar last week 😊
How much did a solar set up cost you?
We ordered it from England and got Xanthe’s parents to bring it as it was the cheapest option by far. Ended up being $600 Australian with the inverter
Love the channel!!!! Keep it up.
Be safe.
Sweet Ep....Would be nice to see the view behind you wen you do a 360 pan round ... Much hugs safe sail guys .....
My thoughts exactly. I think people sometimes forget when they do that, that their whole face fills the screen and the video viewer sees nothing.
The BBQ story was great :)
Beautiful videos always. On another note, I wonder whose accent will change and adapt to the other over time?

Those drones need a sailboat mode before someone goes overboard in 15,000 feet of blue water

Nice vlog guys. Did you need a visa for Montenegro or do you get some sort of vacation pass?
No visa required, Derek. Just the vignette for clearing the boat in to the country.
Thankyou fellow English
X, you've no doubt heard this before but you and Elayna (SLV) look like you could be sisters! You two are the most attractive sailors on YT!

Stephen Lediard Aussieland hasn’t had a stable government in 10 years, but that’s alright it’s bloody beautiful isn’t it.
Do your taxes :O ha ha that kinda dates this vid. Meanwhile spouse has been nagging me cause uhm have not even done hers yet lol.
You look and speak like the bird from 'sailing the vagabond'. Are you the same female?
Sorry for the negativity and enjoy your trip, cheers.
