Hello Raj, as mentioned in immigration section, i dont have any work permit or any other job offer in ontario, but i have got my Notification of interest in IRCC profile, how to proceed further from this step. Would like to connect with you regarding this, please help
🔴 🔴 EDUCATION SECTION: I understand that there might be some confusion on how I have explained the education section here, *PLEASE NOTE* : To be able to select 2 or more certificates, diplomas or degrees, you should have ATLEAST bachelors completed + your diploma, in that case you can continue with selecting "Two or More Certificates, Diplomas or Degree", Thanks to the community for pointing it out!
Hi Raj. Thank you for your video. I have an MSc (Computer Science) and a BSc( Information and Communication Engineering). I conducted WES for the MSc. Do I have to do the same for the BSc?
@@akinbayodekolade1024 Hi, from what I understand you only need to evaluate for the highest degree and not any lower degree unless it was a requirement for WES, which you already did so no need for you .
@@invest4k thank you. So when inputting the Bachelor's and the question says has there been an evaluation for this degree, I'll just select no right? Provided that I already filled yes for the master's
@@invest4kHi Raj, can you please tell if I need an active job if I want to apply under Oinp express entry skilled trade stream? I have 1 year of qualifying experience (noc 73201). Now problem is I have got a job offer for a different noc which does not come under the stream. Can I apply as past work experience?
Dear Raj, thank you so much for this helpful and informative video. As someone who has no idea how to go about this process, I appreciate the fact that the video truly has step-by-step instructions. More blessings to you!
Thank you very much 🙏🏼 for the feedback, I am glad it’s helpful to many of you with the OINP process. It took me definitely around more than 100+ hours to plan, record and edit the video but never regretted when I saw how many people were benefiting out of it 😊 Thanks for supporting the channel.
@@invest4k That's real dedication to help out~ Thank you so much for what you do. I will make sure to go back here and comment when I get that nomination! I have a tough case to defend when it comes to my intention, so this instructional video at least lifts up the burden of understanding each and every step. Thank you again!
@@invest4k Dear Raj, I finally got my nomination! Thank you, truly, for this informative video!!! I just have a question, is it normal to not be able to access your ONe-Key account anymore after receiving a letter of nomination in the express entry profile? You see, when I try to log in using the ONe-key account, it no longer shows the page that allows returning users to access their account, it leads to a log in page to My Ontario account. Would you say that the ONe-key account is entirely different from a My Ontario account? I'm not sure if this mean that I must make a My Ontario account just so I can look back at my submission and see the changes.
Congratulations on receiving your nomination. Please follow this video to migrate your account, th-cam.com/video/adoJitmAvZY/w-d-xo.htmlsi=X9AFoNzUGtjRFhXv no existing onekey account will work, you have to migrate. All the best!
Answer one question please. In case we create our express entry profile with IRCC do we get nominated by Ontario province automatically, or we have to file application with them on our own. This is regarding CEC under OINP Human Priority stream.
Ontario sends automatic NOI to express entry candidates mostly every month, they also mention on their website what criteria they choose for any particular draws to invite candidates after they invite, it happens mostly every month and its an automatic process. Once you receive notification of interest, then you can follow this video to complete your application for PNP
Hi Raj Although I am filing my OINP with the consultant, I have watched the full video just to make sure that I know what is happening in the back end; and not acting as a layman. Thank you so much 😊
Thanks, I am glad the video is helpful. All the best with your application. Its always a good idea to hire consultant if your application has some complexities as they will make sure to avoid any mistakes. I do provide such services incase you are interested in future.
Thank you for your helpful video! I’m currently working as a pharmacy assistant in Ontario and have both a payroll record and an employment letter for my full-time position. I have a couple of questions: 1) Do I need to get a formal job offer from my employer? 2) When filling out the form, should I select "Yes" when it asks if I have a job offer? Thanks again for the great content!
Thanks, Raj, Could you please add a video which could assist to applicant like after creating the OINP profile how he/she will get a 600-point notification and how he/she needs to proceed further please.
Hi Trilok, I am glad the other videos are helping you out. After your get 600 points if its express entry, its a straight forward approach of creating express entry profile and wait for ITA, I already have video on creating profile. For non express entry route, there isn’t many people looking for it right now, if I will get enough requests, I will surely create video on non-express entry pnp route.
Hi Raj - Thank you so much for the video. I had a question. So I received my NOI today for the OINP Human Capital Priorities Stream with a score of 470. However, my express entry profile is expiring on May 25th. Shall I still go ahead and apply for ONIP using the same profile?
Can you please tell me on how to share the ECA report via CES ? There are absolutely no video on it and I got the OINP notification. Please guide as soon as possible , im stuck on this step
Hi, use this support request form help.ces.learn.utoronto.ca/hc/en-us/requests/new , use "Other" as category , In your request, please include: • Your full name, • Your ECA report reference number • Your PNP reference number • Contact information including the email address of the provincial nominee program officials They generally process request in 3 business days. Hi Raj. thanks a lot for this unique informations. I have a question AM I ABLE TO APPLY BOTH Ontario's Express Entry Skilled Trades Stream AND Employer Job Offer: International Student Stream IN SAME TIME??
Hi Raj, I plan to add the letter of explanation for omit the other activities sections. I am wondering, Do I have to include the personal and business travel under other activities if they already been covered by work history and education history? For example, if I study my undergraduate from 2012 July to 2016 June, do I have to include any personal travel during this period? Similarly, if I was employed during Aug 2016-Aug 2017, do I need to include any personal travel and business travel during this period under other activities? I really appreciate your help here. Thank you~
Hi, No, you will only have to represent gaps in the timeline. For example, if you were doing 3 other activities while studying full-time, you don't need to add any other activities as long as you studied full time, same goes with the work. All the best!
@@invest4k Thank you so much! This is super helpful! One more question, I have one of my employment history until Aug 23rd 2019 (because I took paid time off until that date so my employment period end on Aug 23rd , and I also studied my master from Aug 21st 2019. Does it matter?
@@invest4k got it, so I don't need to explain anything about the overlapping. Thanks! Another question, my highest degree is master degree. During my undergraduate, I had one semester exchange in Canada. I include my undergraduate under education history and also provide the study permit in the previous section. I understand I don't need to add anything about this exchange study under "Other Activities" Section. Do I need to explain anything about it in general? Thank you so much!
If you were a part of exchange program you did travel across country , you can definitely mention that in other activities. But as you are uploading the permits, its anyway visible that you did that activity even if you don’t specify. Other activities is only to understand that if there is a gap, what did you do during that gap, don’t over complicate it. If they have questions, they will send you email
Thank you so much for the incredibly informative video. I have a question regarding Status Documents issued by IRCC section. If we possess both a work permit and a TRV, should we upload them as a single document using the "Other" option from the dropdown menu, or should we select separate document types and upload them multiple times?
Hi Raj, could you please share the process of withdrawing the OINP application to obtain the refund while the status is "submitted", it would really clarify many crucial doubts and concerns.
Thanks @invest4k , I wanted to ask if I can make changes to my IRCC profile work experience after receiving the NOI. The change is addition of 2 months job which I missed to mention because I was not surer about getting reference letter from that one. This doesn't change NOC or CRS
@@invest4k Thanks a lot for replying. Would we need to attach the change of personal information form? forms.mgcs.gov.on.ca/dataset/da12ce4d-3b41-4b28-8859-1547517a0526/resource/c45f266c-3dee-49c6-b2e5-f64a318e9598/download/0161e.pdf
Hi Raj, Great Video. Thank you for in detailed. Here I have question. Can I update my work history after submitting my express entry profile and after receiving my NOI from Ontario? I will not change the NOC code.
could you please answer ? 1. Funds -To show that you have available funds :Scan and upload copies of your most recent bank statements showing the last three months of activity. The bank statements must state: My Case (I don't have 13000Cad in account but I do get my pay in the account) . Do I need CAD 13000 OR any minimum amount would work? 2. Ongoing employment in Ontario - To show that you have current employment in Ontario to meet the settlement fund requirement, you must scan and upload copies of: My Case ( I do have job but with Quebec employer and it's remote job). Will remote job considered if I move to Ontario with this job? 3. Job offer in Ontario - To show that you have a valid job offer from an Ontario employer to meet the settlement fund requirement, you must scan and upload a copy of. My Case (I don't have any job offer now from Ontario) So, what would be my case? Can I show my minimum balance of bank account with Quebec Employer payslips? Please reply, I really need help. Thanks in advance.
Hi, because your job is in quebec which you are intending to leave for ontario, you cannot show that funds as settlement proof. You will have to maintain the bank balance in such situation or get an offer letter from ontario. Remote job will not count as long as your employer is still in quebec. This info is from the best of my knowledge, you can take risk but its all on discretion of the immigration officer whether to accept or reject the proof. I hope it helps you to take mindful decision. Please book an appointment if you are confused further - tidycal.com/rajpatel
Hi Bro, Nice Video, it really helped to fill out my application on my own. But I have a question for you: At the beginning, after selecting the Human Capital Priorities stream (video 4:30) you were presented with two options 1) Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) and 2) Canadian experience class(CEC). I have gone through both of the options thoroughly based on the links that were provided to me on that specific page. Since I don't have one year of completed experience in Canada I am not eligible for CEC. So, I selected the FSWP option and proceeded with the application. I think I am right but A small doubt is disturbing my mind: But at (video 19:10) you should be selecting "YES" for "Do you have a job offer in Ontario?" because you chose CEC in the beginning. 1) Am I wrong to move on to FSWP? 2) should I have chosen CEC and just simply put "no" at video 19:10 and moved on?
@@invest4k Hi Raj, my OINP application was updated to "Assessment" stage a couple of day ago. 1) is it good? and Do I have to do anything from my end? 2) what is success rate once the application is in assessment mode? 3) and How many days it usually takes from assessment to DIP(Decision in Progress) and finally Nominated? PS: you video was very helpful when I filled the application on my own.
Hi, it means that you application was successfully received and most likely your documents are identified as completed, now they are looking at your documents to find eligibility and will go into decision after couple weeks.
Hi Raj. Great job for another guide. I have a question, we do not apply for in-demand skill unless we got an invitation from ON right? Thanks in advance.
I am glad! No, any stream in OINP is interest based so you cant apply without invite, In-demand is EOI based stream so express entry interest wont help.
Hi, I have recently moved to another country from India for work. Do I need to update my current work and current address in OINP profile? Also, do I need to update my Express Entry profile with these details? Note : My express entry profile already shows 9+ years of experience relevant to the primary NOC code and adding my current experience abroad would be additional to what I have already shown on my EE application.
Hi, Yes, you should update your profiles as soon as you change the country and/or change jobs as your profile will no longer be valid even if you receive invitation otherwise. All the best!
Hi , First of all thank u for informative video. I had few doubts so noting it down A. I have been in the same company from past 3 year.first 2 years was as part timer (study visa restrictions). Shall I mention 3 years as duration of employment position or I shall mention 1 year? B. Which higest level education shall I mention? Shall I mention bachelor degree or. Shall mention post graduate diploma ( cuz I have 2 years post graduate diploma in healthcare )
Hi Raj, This is an extremely informative video. Thanks a ton for this! I have a question on the passport section of the application. If I have 2 passports during my time in canada (an expired one and a current one), do I combine both scans in one PDF or keep the two passports with their respective TRV's and entry stamps separate? Thanks in advance!
Hi @invest4k , if I’m working from home in Ontario and employer is in Quebec. Would it be yes or no for the question- Are you working in Ontario? You’re help is appreciated
Hi, loved the video. Very informative. I have a question though. In proof of funds section part of my funds are from gift deed and other my savings. So should I upload a single documents containing both my bank statement, and the gift deed? Or should I upload the gift deed in other documents section?

Hi, thanks a lot. I’m on closed work permit which is employer specific and Montreal based. I’m not authorized to work with in Ontario with my current work permit. While preparing the for post NOI OINP There is a question. 1, were you issued a valid work permit for this job in ontario? What should I select? Yes or No?
Dear Raj, I received my OINP NOI lasy week. Thanks a lot for the detailed video. It cleared all the doubts I had regarding settlement funds as I'm already in closed LMIA exempt workpermit in Canada for last 2 years. I have one other doubt reg pcc. Is Pcc required only after IRCC ITA and not required for OINP NOI. Thanks.
I am glad the video helped you, it brings me closer to my goal of helping 1000 individuals by the end of the year :), Regarding PCC, yes, once you get ITA then PCC and medical and all others will need to be done, before that, you don’t have to do it unless Ontario immigration requests you via email.
@@muthuram4466 Hi what should we select when we are working on a LMIA exempt jobs? There are only two options 1 Postgraduate Work Permit 2). Work Permit Supported by LMIA?
There are a few things that don't make any sense to me. How can you mention a date of Notification of Interest from Ontario in your IRCC account if you are in a profile creation? What did you do prior to getting your letter of invitation to IRCC? Time code 05:01.
Hi, this video is for people who got the notification of interest, its not a profile creation video, you might be looking at wrong video! Please email me if still confused.
I am planning to pursue a Master's in Computational Science from Laurentian University because of the OINP Master Graduate Program. Given that the postgraduate PNP of BC has changed a few months ago with an mandatory job offer, what's the possibility of changes in the OINP Master program? Should I opt for a 1-year or a 2-year program? Or would it be better to choose an Atlantic province for a better result for PR in the future? Please shed some light on this matter.
BC still has eligible masters program for PR without job offer. for OINP they will most likely keep the rules stable but no guarantee as you are not enrolling in the first tier university, either 1 or 2 year program is eligible for 3 year PGWP so whatever is best for your career.
Hi Raj. On March 7 2024 draw I got ONIP HCP stream - CEC NOI in my express entry profile. I studied in Ontario and currently in PGWP. I have one year work experience in Ontario and still ongoing same job in Healthcare. Still should I need to show proof of funds amount like 25,000 for a family of 4 in my bankaccount? Or just job reference letter, my pay stubs are suffice in this human capital priority pnp stream. My annual wages are 45 000 $. In my Canadian bank account I usually receive wages and spend on same month for everything like rent, groceries and other purposes. Do I need to show Canadian AC bank savings ?Please kindly reply to this. Thanks.

The company address on the payroll will be Montreal address as the tax deductions are from Ontario. Please suggestion what I need to answer the questions Do you have valid job offer from Ontario(yes or no) In my offer letter it show remote as location Are you currently working in Ontario (yes or no)

Hi Raj, thank you for the great video. I have a few questions regarding the application: 1. I have received the NOI while on a visit to India so my passport only has immigration entry at India. I won't be going back to Canada for 3 more weeks. Can I apply for the OINP while still being in India? 2. I am currently employed in Ontario. Would I select the "Do you have a job offer?" option if I don't have a LMIA? 3. (Most important) For the proof of settlement funds requirement, the document checklist mentions that we need the original job offer to show the proof for ongoing employment. Is it okay to use the same work experience letter instead of a job letter used earlier as recommendation letter in this case to fulfil this requirement? Thank you once again for all the information you have provided.
Hi, I am glad the video is helping you out. 1. As long as you have not moved to India permanently and only visiting India as a part of your Vacation, you should be able to apply. 2. Please follow the video 3. Yes, you should have the initial job offer which you can attach but definitely the recommendation/experience letter stating the salary and duties is more than sufficient to show proof of funds, make sure you also show bank statements. All the best!
Hello Raj, Hope you are doing great. There are some changes in application portal now. One new question has added I think can you please tell me what to do. The question is “Is your diploma an Ontario College Graduate Certificate? * • Yes •No So i have done 2 years business diploma. So what should i answer for this question? Second, i have completed my study from Hanson college brampton. But the name on the diploma is written Cambrian college of applied arts and technology. That is the name of the main campus. So what I should in education section for institutions name? Which name should I write there?
Hi, 1. Graduate certificate program is different than diploma and advanced diploma program so your case should most likely be "No" 2. Whatever name is in the final credentials should be used so they can verify. All the best!
Hello sir, Thank you for detailed video about the application process. I got NOI for skilled trades stream on 22nd August. Now i am confused about my work history, i did not mention my Indian work history in EE profile and got NOI on this profile but it was mentioned for Study permit application. Hi Raj! I just watched your video-great work! I have a question: Can I choose not to include my 8 years of work experience from India since it's not relevant to my current skilled trade job in Canada? Including it would increase my CRS points.
@Raj Patel , Thanks for the detailed video It is really informative. Just curious, If I miss the first NOI from Ontario and don't apply will I get invited in next OINP draw, because I saw 2 invites in your express entry profile.
Hi, Thanks for supporting the channel, I am glad the video is helping out, please share with friends/family in need. For your question, the 2 PNP invitations in the video was from different provinces, you will never get invitation from the same province for the same profile if you miss the deadline. To receive the invitation again, you will have to withdraw express entry profile and recreate it so you get a new EE number which is eligible for the invitation. Hope that helps! Please subscribe if the channel is useful to you.
Hii Thank for such informative video. I have one query. We have received the NOI and have filled the OINP efiling portal. But when we want to submit the documents its repeatedly showing some java error. I am worried what to do. We tried with different browser and after clearing the history but its not helping. Awaiting for your response
Hi, it should be a technical difficulty on OINP website as there are many people concurrently uploading documents, I would suggest to give them 2 days to solve the error and try again after. If the issue remains, do try to change the file name as "no spacing, no special characters involved" and lastly you should reach out to ontarionominee@ontario.ca and include: your file number, description of the problem, screenshot (if applicable), your full name and contact information. I hope thats helpful. Thanks for watching the video and congratulations!
I urgently need your help! I'm in a very awkward situation. I received a Notification of Interest (NOI) from the Ontario government for an HCP draw under the healthcare category. When I received the NOI 5 days ago, I was working in the same NOC and had about 5 months of experience. However, due to some circumstances, I had to stop working and I won't be able to complete the required 6 months of work experience. I have 7 days to meet this requirement before my NOC code changes. Right now, I am short of 7-10 days to complete 6 months in this category. Should I register for the NOI or let it go? Their primary requirement is to have at least 6 months of experience in the primary NOC code. Should I take the risk, because if I apply before the end of my employment, I don't need to disclose that my job is about to end?
Hi Raj, in the Required Documents Section, for the Education, uploading only WES would be sufficient or do I need to upload transcripts of the Diploma as well? Do they have to be legally notarized?
Hi, Uploading WES is good, adding transcripts is better but don't need to be notarized as long as you have WES. All the best and thanks for supporting the channel.
Superb video. Thank you so so much, Raj, this has been a huge help and cleared all my doubts. I wanted to ask a quick question regarding the "Employment Section" as I have a PGWP expiring soon in August and I'm underway applying through IRCC via the Express Entry - FSW program. I was confused about the employment section explanation (in the video, dur: 21:00) as I have a PGWP, so should I be saying yes to that part? Also, I'm self-employed working for an employer. I recently asked for an LMIA as an additional document to aid my points. Shall I include it if I receive it? Please let me know at your earliest convenience. Thank you again for your guidance :)
Hi, the date is not mentioned in the NOI but when you will convert to pdf it like how I showed in the video, the whole page will be printed including the "messages" section, where your PNP received date will be listed, just scroll down to the last page once you do convert to pdf. I hope that helps :)
Hi, thank you for your helpful video. I have a question. The first one is that I worked for 5 different companies back in my country but I can show documents just for the last one which I worked for 4 years I put all my work experiences on my resume. If I don't put the rest of my work experiences in work section, should I put it in the next part I put my other activities for last 10 years? It really confused me. Thank you for your help in advance
Hi, Whatever experience you are not claiming points, you can show in other section but avoid any gaps in last 10 years. If you need to finally review your application before submission, please reach out at raj@invest4k.com
Hello! Thanks for the detailed video. I have a canadian bachelor's degree, so in the Education History section should I select NO for the last two questions asking me if i have authorised the ECA?
Hello Raj Patel, YOur @Raj Patel channel is so informative so far,I have one query on my OINP application I have Job offer in Other province but currently doing my work from Ontario so,In this case what should be my answer if I am living and working in Ontario but my employer is from other province moreover the employer hasn't mentioned in any supporting document that I am working remotely consequently, does it impact my profile if I put the option as "yes" for "Are you living in Ontario"
Hi, Yes it may affect your application. It would be ideal to get a letter from Employer confirming your remote work and their establishment in Ontario if any.
Hello Raj, This video was really helpful. I recently received NOI for the Human Capital Stream for FSW - Healthcare. My doubt is in my EE profile; I haven't shown my part-time work experience as a Walmart associate. So, while filling out the ONIP form, I don't need to show that experience in my work history, right? Also, I am not claiming any points for the part-time role of Walmart associate. so it is okay not to show that experience at both points? Also, my foreign education is a bachelor degree but the ECA considers it as a master or professional degree. So what should i select in the list of highest education?? Also, If I don't show that part-time work experience will that create any issue to justify the gap?
Hi, just match with EE. Its a little complicated to show, i would suggest to go with my final review session if you want me to go through your application, its very specific to answer here. But just fyi, you can avoid walmart and need to check wes for i can say anything
Hi Raj, thanks for the most amazing video. I recently received NOI from Ontario and I had 2 doubts, I would really appreciate your help on this. 1. I have pages having past work visa of UAE with its entry stamps and currently work visa of US stamped this December, however, there are no plans to travel. Is it okay to not scan the whole passport and send over only the front and back page as these are not canadian visas or will it be counted as hiding information? Or with the current state I should still send the whole passport? 2. I have only 1 job during the last 5 years since I started working. As explained by you in on of the sections where we need to mention business travel. My company sent me to UAE(as mentioned in the above point) to work client side and it is already a part of my experience letter. Do I still need to fill that section? Thank you so much :)
Hi Raj, thanks for the video. Just needed a bit of help with HCP application. I received NOI and looking to submit the application asap. My question: The work experience I used for my CEC profile is the job I have right now, this has been my sole job after finishing my studies (did a few diff jobs during studies and a paid co-op) Should I use the same information for my HCP application as I did when I created my CEC profile or do I need to include all my previous work experiences as well? Note: jobs during studies are not helpful for additional points or for application as they were general labour jobs. I hope to hear from you soon. Thanks.
Hi, follow same info as express entry profile, don’t mention jobs while studying, it just complicates the application for no reason and you dont need them. All the best!
Yes, your resume should match your profiles + personal history + education else it will raise questions. Jobs while studying are irrelevant for most people so don't put them in resume for OINP or for career.
Thanks for the info, I have some questions regarding work experience, Currently, I have been doing a tier 2 level job since Feb 2022(I have put this job only in my EE profile) before that, I worked in Quality inspection for 9 months full time but due to covid I got laid off then I worked for 6 months as a baker (full-time) but I don't have an offer letter or experience letter for this but I do have paystubs .... moreover, I have some self-employed experience part-time as well, should I mention that as well??? My confusion is this should I add my 9 months of experience and 6 months of experience of Baker in EE profle and OINp profile??
Hi, Yes you could add all experience which you can prove. If you want to discuss specifics of your profile, please feel free to book an appointment - invest4k.com/book-appointment/

Hello, Thanks for this informative video. I just have one query, you said that my express entry profile should match the OINP one, But is that fine if I'm using a different NOC code for my job in Onip as compared to what i used for my express entry profile? Do i need to use same Noc code or it wouldn't matter?
It depends on the stream of the application. It would matter in most cases, your primary occupation has to be same in both. If you want to discuss further about it, please feel free to book a 30 mins - invest4k.com/book-appointment

(Example : 2023 T4 is not receieved yet & OINP application deadline falls in FEB 2024). Thanks for your Help :)

Should I select yes or no ? , In your video, you specified to select 'Yes' if only on implied status, and that was bit confusing. Could you please help with that ? Much appreciated your time :)
Hi, I have explained a little more later in comments to many. It applies to your open work permit and also if you are on implied status. You can select Yes.

Hi Raj, thank for your video, it's super helpful. Just a question tho, in the work history session, there's this question asking 'Were you issued a valid work permit for this job in Ontario?'. For my case since I'm working under PGWP, should I answer yes or no? Thanks for your help!
I have a Question??? Been working in healthcare for 7 months Just got NOI in human capital PriorityCEC Is my regular job counts as an arranged employment? And should I select YES in "Job Offer" part?
Hi I applied for the international student stream on March 18. And found I mistakenly answered NO to when it was asking “is your family (my husband) accompanying you to Ontario. Is there any way I can change that to Yes? Thank you in advance! Of course I hit the Likes button!
Hi, I want to ask if you know the answer. I was invited for the employer job offer FWS today and today is also the completion date of my study. Since I only have 14 days to complete the OINP it is not enough for me to apply for my PGWP because I need to wait for my completion letter from school which is available the first week of September. Can I use my study with a coop work permit as a temporary document to ensure my spot and then submit the PGWP application confirmation through the web form confirming I'm in implied status?. will this be a possibility?
You just need a valid status, if you claimed points if work permit, their might be issue, otherwise alright, feel free to reach out if need to discuss in details invest4k.com/book-appointment
Hello Raj @invest4k , thank you for such an informative video. I had few question if you may please help me with them. I just received an EOI for the HCP Tech draw. 1. I was recently laid off 2 months prior to receiving the EOI but I have more than 1 year of experience and was working for a company in Ontario, so do I select no for question asking are you currently working in Ontario and do you have a valid job offer in Ontario? 2. I have already done my WES and sent to IRCC but how do we send it to Ontario province? Thank you
Hi Raj, Thank you so much for the video. It was really helpful. I have just one day left from 45 days given to submit profile. There are 2 questions if you can answer asap, that will be great. 1. 45 days is limit to submit the application or just creating the file ? 2. As I will get experience letter next week after 45 days are completed. If 45 days are there to submit the application, then can I submit the application with other document and then update it next week ? Thanks in advance.
Hi, I am glad the video is helpful, please subscribe if channel is useful as it helps me alot. Its a tough decision, within 45 days you will have to submit the application or else they will freeze it and your invitation will be invalidated. I would advise to submit the application and later send them email with the missing documents, I can help with that services if you feel confused. Please reach out via email in description of the video All the best for your application,
Hello Raj. I would really appreciate it if you could answer a couple of questions regarding that form. 1. In the immigration section, where they ask if my spouse or I have ever submitted or been included in an application for a PR. Should she mark "no" if I don't have a PR but I'm still in the pool? 2. If I'm the one with a PGWP but my wife received a NOI and her work permit depends on mine. Does she have to Mark "other" in the question about her work permit? I appreciate your help with these questions. Regards,
Thank you very much for your answer Raj. It was very helpful for us. We used your video as a guide to apply for our OINP. I'll tell you later how it goes.@@invest4k
Hello Raj - Excellent work man!!! Yesterday OINP held the HCP-Tech draw and I got NOI in my EE. This draw includes NOC 21221 and 22221. I have both NOCs in my EE profile. However, I still need to work for 30 more days to complete my 1 year in NOC 21221 (FSW - my remote US job) but the other NOC 22221 (CEC) has already completed 1 year. My primary NOC on the EE profile is currently 21221. I'd like to apply fast as my PGWP expires end of April. Can you help with the below questions? Can I change the primary NOC on EE profile now, from 21221 to 22221, if I wish to Apply for PNP with 22221? Can I also completely remove my US job (not taxed yet) if I want to be assessed with NOC 22221 - Canadian job? Which stream do I go with, Federal Skilled Worker or Canadian Experience Class? Do OINP / IRCC reach out to outside Canada employees to verify the work?
Hi, I am glad the video is helpful to you You can change your existing Express Entry profile as long as your score remains above cutoff and your job is still in the list of NOC codes which are invited by the latest draw. You can completely remove any jobs as long as it doesn't affect your score. OINP and IRCC can definitely reach to any companies for further verification but mostly they check public information before going to that stage. If you are confused and want to discuss your profile in details by showing your express entry and your job situations, please feel free to book sometime with me - invest4k.com/book-appointment/
Hello Raj, so, if I where to include my part time job during my studies in Ontario, there is a question that says ,”did you have a valid work permit during this period of employment?”, would that be yes? Since I had a valid study permit?
Including part time jobs is making your application difficult without any benefits, if you are confused on filing the right way, please reach out invest4k.com/book-appointment/
Thank you for your help! I was selected to apply under the health draw and they said “if you worked in a regulated occupation, you have to show certification or licensure”… is this for my home country? Because I do not have anything for Canada.
Hi @Raj, On my EE profile, I received the NOI from OINP (under HCP) on August 11, 2023. In NOI, there's an explicit mention that I should have an active EE profile while my OINP is in assessment. My EE profile was due to expire on August 19, 2023. So, I withdrew (maybe a mistake?) to re-create the profile thinking I may be able to keep it active for the course of OINP review. Is there a way to keep my OINP NOI and apply using the OINP portal? Need advice to approach this issue, thanks in advance!
I received my NOI on 15th August but on Ontario's website its mentioned that 2600 interests sent are for Employer Job Offer Category. I don't have a job offer, is my NOI valid and under which Stream. I don't see any invites sent on 11th August, how did you identify the stream as HCP?
Yes, definitely a mistake, you should never withdraw your application and if the EE profile expires, you can always create a new one and contact on their email to let them know about the situation while filing the HCP application on OINP, its a common event faced by many and they help to resolve it.
Thanks for all the details, one question: I have worked on multiple companies, so how to submit all the related docs of different jobs. Do we have to upload lets say reference letter of all the companies combined?
Hi, Yes, you will have to submit the reference letter stating your work experience from all the companies you have worked and mentioned in your OINP application. You can submit the references individually, don't need to combine, just make sure to add some description on each document you upload so you and the agent both can understand what reference letter is for what experience. I hope it helps :)
Hi Raj. Thanks for the great video. In the work history section, there is a question that says “were you issued a valid work permit for this job in Ontario?” My guess to this question is No because I got a PGWP. However, when I pick No, there is a prompt that says “please note that the OINP will only consider work experience legally obtained in Canada”. Please help, I’m confused on how to proceed. Thanks!
There is also another question in the Employment in Ontario section that says “Do you have a job offer in Ontario”. Should my answer be “No” to this because I’ve been working in Ontario for a while and I didn’t just get a Job offer
I have explained this numerous times in the comments, please don't ask for the same questions. Express Entry and OINP is not same application, PGWP is a valid work permit, its just not an LMIA or closed work permit for OINP. Express Entry has limited questions when you fill the form thats y its a different meaning in federal application. Please reach out to Ontario Nomination Program here if you want to clarify - Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at: Tel : 416-327-0374. Toll-free: 1-866-214-6820
Hey Raj, thank you for this amazing video. Question: in the work history section, copies of employment section: Do I need to attach the performance report if yes what exactly should my employer mention in it?
Hi, i am glad the video is helpful. Please share it with people in need. No you don’t need to add any performance report, just reference letter and salary slips, please check description if you want to get experience letter and othet relevant templates
Hi Raj, hope you are doing well. I have a questions. I am on an open work permit and not requested extension (basically not on implied status). What should I answer for "Were you issued a valid work permit for this job in Ontario"? Looking forward for your response. Thanks so much
Hi Raj,This video is really helpful.Thank you so much for making. I purchased one Template from your site but unable to download that template so can you please Guide me how to get that Template.Thank you 😊

Hi Raj! I have a question on Work History and Other Activities section since they are inter-related. I am planning to only put my last two employment histories because they amount to more than 3 years and are most relevant to my NOC so I want to claim points for those only. But I worked before as well and they account to roughly 3 years. Should I include them in Other Activities or no need to mention them anywhere? These 3 years fall under last 10 years though. Confused because Other Activities says to exclude education and paid work history. Appreciate your help and thanks for a really comprehensive video :)
Hi, I am glad the video is helping you out, please subscribe if interested in such videos. Now to answer your question, its a most common issue for people with more experience especially in different NOC codes. First of all, you will have to make sure that both your EE and OINP including your resume matches to whatever you are putting in work history, if they are different, it will raise question. Technically, you can omit the work experience for which you are not claiming points but you will have to write a "Letter of Explanation" and submit in others section indicating that you have only included the work experience for which you are claiming the points and others have not been included due to difficulties in getting proofs as well as not related to the NOC codes anymore. And, if they need further information they can reach out to you. For the rest of work experience uptill last 10 years, just add them in others section so there is no gap in your profile. I have seen in some forums people getting approvals with these strategies and no questions asked. I think that should make a good room for you to clear any confusions. All the best!
@@invest4k Thanks a lot for your prompt response. One follow-up questions, how would you categorize time between lets say graduation and starting a new job? Its typically when you have job offer but waiting to start in few months for instance.
Hi bro, I want to know answers about following questions: 1. I got noi for cabinetmaker but rn I’m working as carpenter in the same company…so is i have to provide details of it in my experience letter? 2. Is i have to give all cabinetmaker paystubs or paystubs of current work as well? Or first 3 and last 3 paystubs of cabinetmaker 3. Can i see my info in express entry, as u know whenever we go to see we have to update and tranmit the file again.
Hi, you have show both the letters separately if possible or else details of promotion. 2. You have to give paystub of all the job occupations so both roles 3. You have to update and transmit, its totally fine as long as you don’t make changes. If you need any help and need consultation please feel free to reach out. All the best!
@@invest4k1. Can this will be fine in letter, if mention job duties of cabinetmaker but only 1 line about current work and.promotion details.? 2. Thanks for all the information you shared. Where can I find this form "Employer Declaration Form". I know the Section E of "Employer Form" is for that purpose, but there is a different field where you need to upload your documents!
Hello Raj, Weldon for the great piece. Please I have a question. After receiving NOI for HCP, I updated my EE profile with change of address and new job. However, I noticed my score increased by 5 points because my spouse Canadian work experience was getting closer to a year as a result of updating my profile which is carrying the new date of update. This points cause my score to be above the benchmark that was invited by 5point also. Please could you advise or how do I reverse this change?

🔴 🔴 EDUCATION SECTION: I understand that there might be some confusion on how I have explained the education section here, *PLEASE NOTE* : To be able to select 2 or more certificates, diplomas or degrees, you should have ATLEAST bachelors completed + your diploma, in that case you can continue with selecting "Two or More Certificates, Diplomas or Degree", Thanks to the community for pointing it out!

You see, when I try to log in using the ONe-key account, it no longer shows the page that allows returning users to access their account, it leads to a log in page to My Ontario account.

Hi Raj. thanks a lot for this unique informations.
Nope that’s totally ok, overlapping by choice is completely ok, don’t over complicate with extra activities as long as that timeline is covered.
How about filling out form for International Student Stream sir? Thanks much!
Pretty much same with a few questions different, I will soon launch that too.

Can I update my work history after submitting my express entry profile and after receiving my NOI from Ontario? I will not change the NOC code.
Hi, yes you can as long as you update before submitting oinp application and it doesn't change points much.
could you please answer ?
1. Funds -To show that you have available funds :Scan and upload copies of your most recent bank statements showing the last three months of activity. The bank statements must state:
My Case (I don't have 13000Cad in account but I do get my pay in the account) . Do I need CAD 13000 OR any minimum amount would work?
2. Ongoing employment in Ontario - To show that you have current employment in Ontario to meet the settlement fund requirement, you must scan and upload copies of:
My Case ( I do have job but with Quebec employer and it's remote job). Will remote job considered if I move to Ontario with this job?
3. Job offer in Ontario - To show that you have a valid job offer from an Ontario employer to meet the settlement fund requirement, you must scan and upload a copy of.
My Case (I don't have any job offer now from Ontario)
So, what would be my case? Can I show my minimum balance of bank account with Quebec Employer payslips?
Please reply, I really need help.
Thanks in advance.
Hi, because your job is in quebec which you are intending to leave for ontario, you cannot show that funds as settlement proof. You will have to maintain the bank balance in such situation or get an offer letter from ontario. Remote job will not count as long as your employer is still in quebec. This info is from the best of my knowledge, you can take risk but its all on discretion of the immigration officer whether to accept or reject the proof. I hope it helps you to take mindful decision. Hi Bro, Nice Video, it really helped to fill out my application on my own.
But I have a question for you: At the beginning, after selecting the Human Capital Priorities stream (video 4:30) you were presented with two options
1) Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) and
2) Canadian experience class(CEC).
I have gone through both of the options thoroughly based on the links that were provided to me on that specific page. Since I don't have one year of completed experience in Canada I am not eligible for CEC. So, I selected the FSWP option and proceeded with the application. I think I am right but A small doubt is disturbing my mind:
But at (video 19:10) you should be selecting "YES" for "Do you have a job offer in Ontario?" because you chose CEC in the beginning.
1) Am I wrong to move on to FSWP?
2) should I have chosen CEC and just simply put "no" at video 19:10 and moved on?
Basic info:
1. I completed my 1 year post graduation program from a Canadian college.
2. Right now I am on 1 year work permit. And living in Ontario.
Hi, your question is very specific, I see you have booked 30 mins consulting, I will look into it with you soon! Take care :)

Hi Raj. Great job for another guide. I have a question, we do not apply for in-demand skill unless we got an invitation from ON right? Thanks in advance.

Also, do I need to update my Express Entry profile with these details? Note : My express entry profile already shows 9+ years of experience relevant to the primary NOC code and adding my current experience abroad would be additional to what I have already shown on my EE application.

B. Which higest level education shall I mention? Shall I mention bachelor degree or. Shall mention post graduate diploma ( cuz I have 2 years post graduate diploma in healthcare )
Should we mention the details about the NON-ACCOMPANYING Spouse in the Family dependent section? Or can just simply clicked on "No" ?
you have to mention whatever is asked with *, for others you can leave blank

Hi @invest4k , if I’m working from home in Ontario and employer is in Quebec. Would it be yes or no for the question- Are you working in Ontario? You’re help is appreciated
Hi, yes!
Hi, loved the video. Very informative. I have a question though.
In proof of funds section part of my funds are from gift deed and other my savings. So should I upload a single documents containing both my bank statement, and the gift deed? Or should I upload the gift deed in other documents section?

While preparing the for post NOI OINP
There is a question.
1, were you issued a valid work permit for this job in ontario?
What should I select? Yes or No?
Hi, your answer should be No for this question.
Thanks a lot.

Do you have valid job offer from Ontario(yes or no) In my offer letter it show remote as location
Are you currently working in Ontario (yes or no)
Hi, if the company has 2 address and you can find ontario address on google, you should be alright and say yes. Just get a letter from your employer confirming your work location. Hi Raj, thank you for the great video. I have a few questions regarding the application:
Hi,
I am glad the video is helping you out.
1. As long as you have not moved to India permanently and only visiting India as a part of your Vacation, you should be able to apply.
2. Please follow the video
3. Yes, you should have the initial job offer which you can attach but definitely the recommendation/experience letter stating the salary and duties is more than sufficient to show proof of funds, make sure you also show bank statements.
All the best!
Hello Raj,
Hope you are doing great. There are some changes in application portal now. One new question has added I think can you please tell me what to do. The question is
“Is your diploma an Ontario College Graduate Certificate? *
• Yes •No
So i have done 2 years business diploma. So what should i answer for this question?
Second, i have completed my study from Hanson college brampton. But the name on the diploma is written Cambrian college of applied arts and technology. That is the name of the main campus. So what I should in education section for institutions name? Which name should I write there?
Hi,
1. Graduate certificate program is different than diploma and advanced diploma program so your case should most likely be "No"
2. Whatever name is in the final credentials should be used so they can verify.

@Raj Patel ,
Thanks for the detailed video It is really informative.

Hii
Thank for such informative video.

YOur @Raj Patel channel is so informative so far,I have one query on my OINP application
I have Job offer in Other province but currently doing my work from Ontario so,In this case what should be my answer if I am living and working in Ontario but my employer is from other province moreover the employer hasn't mentioned in any supporting document that I am working remotely consequently, does it impact my profile if I put the option as "yes" for "Are you living in Ontario"
Hi, Yes it may affect your application. It would be ideal to get a letter from Employer confirming your remote work and their establishment in Ontario if any.
Hello Raj,
This video was really helpful.

My question: The work experience I used for my CEC profile is the job I have right now, this has been my sole job after finishing my studies (did a few diff jobs during studies and a paid co-op)
Should I use the same information for my HCP application as I did when I created my CEC profile or do I need to include all my previous work experiences as well?
Note: jobs during studies are not helpful for additional points or for application as they were general labour jobs.

@@invest4k thanks for your quick reply. In that case should I only have this one job in my resume that I need to upload?
Yes, your resume should match your profiles + personal history + education else it will raise questions. Jobs while studying are irrelevant for most people so don't put them in resume for OINP or for career.

Currently, I have been doing a tier 2 level job since Feb 2022(I have put this job only in my EE profile)

then I worked for 6 months as a baker (full-time) but I don't have an offer letter or experience letter for this but I do have paystubs ....
moreover, I have some self-employed experience part-time as well, should I mention that as well???

Hi,
I am glad the video is helpful to you
You can change your existing Express Entry profile as long as your score remains above cutoff and your job is still in the list of NOC codes which are invited by the latest draw.
You can completely remove any jobs as long as it doesn't affect your score. OINP and IRCC can definitely reach to any companies for further verification but mostly they check public information before going to that stage. Hi @Raj,
On my EE profile, I received the NOI from OINP (under HCP) on August 11, 2023.

Hi Raj, hope you are doing well. I have a questions. I am on an open work permit and not requested extension (basically not on implied status). What should I answer for "Were you issued a valid work permit for this job in Ontario"? Looking forward for your response. Thanks so much
Hi,
Open work permit counts, you can say Yes and just select no for LMIA.

@@muhammadawais6525 that gap is categorized as "unemployed"

Hi bro, I want to know answers about following questions:
1. I got noi for cabinetmaker but rn I’m working as carpenter in the same company…so is i have to provide details of it in my experience letter?
2. Is i have to give all cabinetmaker paystubs or paystubs of current work as well? Or first 3 and last 3 paystubs of cabinetmaker
3. Can i see my info in express entry, as u know whenever we go to see we have to update and tranmit the file again.
Hi, you have show both the letters separately if possible or else details of promotion.
2. You have to give paystub of all the job occupations so both roles
2. So all paystubs from first day of cabinetmaker to now or first 3 and last 3 paystubs.
And one more question i do not have last name in my passport that’s why i put my all name in last name in Express entry (and leave first name)…but on this portal there is mandatory to put first name so what i have to put there.
Yes promotion details work within same letter as long ad job duties are similar
Thanks for all the information you shared. Where can I find this form "Employer Declaration Form". I know the Section E of "Employer Form" is for that purpose, but there is a different field where you need to upload your documents!
Hi, it depends on the stream of your application. You can always add it in other additional document section.
Going outside the range will make you ineligible. Please reach out to discuss - invest4k.com/book-appointment/
