Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Let's Go, Eevee! are set in the Kanto region and include the original 151 Pokémon creatures in addition to their respective Mega Evolved forms from Pokémon X and Y & Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, and their Alolan Forms from Sun and Moon. Let's Go, Pikachu! and Let's Go, Eevee! feature common elements of the main series, such as battling non-player character Pokémon Trainers and Gym Leaders with caught Pokémon creatures.
However, instead of battling them like the traditional battle system of other major Pokémon role-playing games (RPGs), the catching of Pokémon creatures uses a different mechanic that is based on the mobile spin-off game Pokémon Go where players throw Poké Balls at a wild Pokémon by using the motion controls of the Joy-Con controller. The action can also be performed with a button press when the Joy-Con controllers are docked to the console in hand-held mode, but this still requires using the motion controls to aim. - เกม
With the 3-move combo, adding rest as a fourth seriously helps
To emphasize the importance of AVs/candy, I went up against the Aerodactyl trainer with a Lvl 100 Jolly Perfect IV Mega Aerodactyl, and was still out-sped and out-attacked by his level 75.
A level 3 metapod can beat the elite four if it is AV trained AVs are way better than EVs

Did you dye your aerodactyl's hair? It might be feeling emasculated
I don't use at or iv I use red stats and I always win

I've beaten maybe 35 trainers or so. Weedle was super frustrating. Had to use candy to AV train my level 90+ Weedle up to get that win. The Kakuna was also kinda lame, as I had to use a PP Up on one move so the other trainer's Kakuna would Struggle itself out.
Forgot to mention. I have not had to use candy on very many Pokemon (so far). Most can be beaten with a good moveset and a Pokemon leveled to 80-95 or so.

I’ve decided I’ll throw comments in here when I find some of these that are very tough:
Raticate: Survive a Double-Edge, hit him with Iron Tail, and then hope you can “tough it out” with 1 HP. Sucker Pinch will finish it off. (My Raticate was level 95.)
Exeggcute was tough! Mine was only 83.
Protect
Substitute
Sludge Bomb
Rest
Had to get first attack, and had to poison the other eggs without getting poisoned. Then, sub and Protect and I had to “tough it out” with 1 HP. And then Rest to take the last two hits. Phew!

that toxic strat is the one i used to become clefable master i just used toxic and subsitute and since my clefable dodged the first two iron tails it was able to get the toxic on and subsitute then it just stopped dodgingso that was four subsitutes one more turn of toxic so i just went with metronome as pure salt and it toughed out the iron tail and lived on one health

According to the Verslisify guy you are hacking, shiny Doduo is caught in a premierball.
You can catch anything in any Pokéball, doesn't matter the level, rarity, color, nature or any other thing
Obviously trying to catch a Mewtwo in a Pokéball will be hard but you still can
And you can also use the Razz Berry to make Pokémon easier to catch

Im going up against the butterfree master trainer rn at 2 am and not only is the trainer lvl 75 and im lvl 87 but they one shot with air slash and if there not ohkoing me they are spamming quiver dance or sleep pwder
Easiest trainers are pikachu licktung and chansey ... use protect plus toxic plus dig best strategy

Clefable and vaporeon were pretty good
I won the Eevee one with a level 60 Eevee (it was the starter so it was a personification of god but still) only because the other suicide itself with Double- Edge

U need a powerful ditto about 99 cause ditto only uses transform it dosn't use attack moves so it just will not do damage or loose helf

To stop pokemon from evolving, just press 'B' during the evolution. No idea how obvious this is, but I didn't know about it for a while. It allows any pokemon to reach 100 without evolving
This doesn't work for stones, right?
Poke tips is the winter while verlisify actually sucks

Here the annoying thing. The final trick with the 3 move set gets absolutely destroyed if the opponent knows rest. I've been trying to beat Vaporeon but every time it's low it keeps using rest

i was able to beat master trainers with my pokemon well below there level my male nidoran was just level 24 and i beat the master trainer just fed the nidoran 200 nidoran candy.
Nice but that nidoran is scary to my Mewtwo now
I’ve gotta question. Do Master Trainers have mega Pokémon like for example will the Master trainer for Charizard will have a Mega Pokemon? I’m thinking I could use my Jolly Charizard X with thunder punch to take out a Master Trainers Charizard easily.

I’ve only defeated the Pikachu master. I’m currently trying to beat the Venusaur master and the aerodactyl master.
I did the Venusaur master with Light Screen and a lot of Sludge Bombs
He was level 100, mega, and had amazing stats

Nah, I just walked over to the Pikachu master trainer in Veridian Forest and as soon as she said "put your Pikachu in the top left corner of your party" I was like "oh... sh*t" because despite playing Let's Go Pikachu I haven't actually used my Pikachu in battle since the very very beginning of the game. It's only level 8.
Guess I'm skipping these master trainers, that's too much work.

You get titles you can use in online play, like "Metapod Master"
After defeating any six, you can battle Red.
Once you defeat every master trainer, you get a title called "Grand Master"

The only hard ones are the poison types and the super low stat Pokémon with limited moves (Caterpie, Weedle, Magikarp). Most of the master trainers you can just Chansey chain your Pokémon to mid 90s and toxic stall. If you need to look online at the moveset of the opposing Pokémon you don't really deserve the title lol
How did you get a level 66 bulbasaur shouldn’t it have evolved
Auto Qat you can stop any evolution (minus stone and trade evolutions) by pressing the b button when they start to evolve
