What I love most about this kind of business is being able to share it with the kids and teach them how to build together. I've also taken all 3 of my kids to this property and showed them firsthand the process of wealth building and investing. This is the most enjoyable part of this type of experience for me. I grew up near Atlanta and I think it would be a great fit for your family. There is a massive Korean community and tons of diversity. I’d imagine there are lots of opportunities for the girls to improve their Korean there, not to mention all the awesome dance teams. If you do move, I hope you love it!
