That's why I don't smile a lot, as otherwise people might think I'm really enjoying the game - which I usually am, I just get nervous on camera :)

There seem to be quite a few differences between this and the old version of the game, which is the one I have. Today, I get to put all the knowledge gained from this video into action and I am curious as to how the new version will compare to the old one.
I watched your tutorial for Keyper when I got it. Now, I'm trading Keyper for Vinhos and looked it up to see how it plays and there we go! Gaming Rules again 😄

I love your videos Paul, and I'd love to see you use some of these methods in your newer playthroughs. I particularly like how you use examples of how rules play out in game. I think that could be very useful for games like On Mars or Lisboa.

+Joachim “Yoki” Erdtman Thanks for the comment. Yep, the new version is mostly the same, but with enough changes that I would defintely class it as more streamlined.
The removal of the bank alone should make the game much easier to teach. I also love the new looks, especially the board.
+Joachim “Yoki” Erdtman I actually really liked the idea of the bank - it was unique and very thematic. You actually had to go to the bank to withdraw your money :) However, yes, it was one of the things that got chopped, and does make the game easier to learn.
I played my first game of it a couple of days ago. Your video helped both of us tremendously.

Great video Paul! Very clear explanation. I'm excited for this edition, but on the fence wIth the new art. I loved the style in The Gallerist, and this matches it, but I'm not so sure it fits this game as well. I don't dislike it, but it feels mismatched to me. Maybe I'm just too used to the old style. Regardless, keep up the great videos. Heavier games need these videos the most!
+Brian Pierce Thanks Brian. I know what you mean about the new art. For me, I loved the original art, and it was that which made me notice the game in 2010, and subsequently become a massive fan of WYG, etc. So, for me, it was intially "too different". However, I have had time to get used to the new one and I now like it. I think I will still like the original more, but it's very subjective.
What do you thinks about vinhos exapansions? I don't know if buying it becaus cost too much for ne in italy! And what do you think about the solo version?

A little off-topic, perhaps, but can someone tell me what the heck editor was used to create this video?? I'd love to figure out a budget-conscious way of doing "simulation" videos like this one...
