@darkoz1692 yeah that's kinda dumb. So can't do torque and android auto at the same time? I also tried connecting it to my Govvee led car light and it couldn't find them. But makes no sense to even add it.
Awesome vid! Thanks for sharing. I'm trying to see if this would fit into my BMW E82 1 series. I plan on getting a double din fascia - do you know if this should be a seamless install for my car? Anything you think I should look out for like mounting frames or ISO adapters? Cheers!
never did an install in a BMW before, yeah see if metra has a compatible double din kit for your car, they might also give you a little more insight on what you'll need. it's easier with an ISO connector, when it comes time to swap a different radio in.
Thanks for shearing Dan .Have you ever tried using the cellular in 1 of these units? I have read they are not compatible with our cell service here in the states.
@davidcameron7628 I got the headunit working fine. Everything's working just like stock, and I haven't loss any functionality. The Sim card should arrive in the mail soon from my phone company. It's $10-15 for 30Gbps monthly plan. I'll update you.
Do these headunita have the capability to connect to 2 bluetooth devices at once? Ie a phone for music and an obd2 scan tool for apps like torque pro?
No, not at the same time
