I just discoverd your channel and it is so helpfull and inspiring. Thank you for shearing your work and knowledge. You are appriciated 🙏 Namaste. Much blessings and love from Amsterdam
Hi you make some very good videos and i learn a lot . i have a question about working in big chunks. and reading . If my focus is on reading a book would it not then to long time in order to remember what i have studyed to use 90 min in one session?
really awesome video i think another great thing to add is the equation that also from deep work: Work Accomplished = Time Spent x Intensity :) lot of great information in your video :)
2000 Books by the way an other great thing from deep work is to work like theordore rosovelt cal newport says that he would make deadlines thats much shorter than regular deadlines or that drastically cut the time that it usually take him so he had to spent each minute 100% concntrated and no distractions at all not even looking away for a split second with maximum focus to make it in time (paraphrasing) i think the pressure help to keep one focused cal newport suggests to make similar deadlines to help one focus
do you think you could do a course or a video on deliberate pratice? every time i try to learn about it there always seems to be more about it that i didn't know before, would be really awesome :) if you already have one feel free to share a link if its okay :)
depends how you are wired I can make huge progress by alternating dynamic rest with dynamic rest I can achieve a hell of a lot more practicing/working 15-20 minutes several times a day than just once but for 3-4 hours
Excellent and very usable tips!! Thank you!!
Thanks for the Great Service you are doing.. Enjoyed your Audiobook.. God Bless you Mani

Great suggestion man. Focus is one of the key components of Intensity in that equation!

Yeah - I like that strategy too. It definitely focuses your mind when you have very limited time to get stuff done. Urgency is awesome!
