The battle between the Necrons and the Mechanicus are a technological nightmare as both seek to destroy each other, but make no mistake that the Mechanicus will take over whatever technology the Necrons have left, and perhaps if they have it they will be able to save mankind from the Grim Darkness of the Far Future.
Your Adeptus Mechanicus are as infants compared to the might of Szarekh the Silent King. Bow down and accept the inevitable. Only his Excellencey can save your future but it is only for his own devices.
Hearing mechanicus supernatural/ techno-natural suspension story is very interesting. Common supernatural tropes disgust in pseudotechnological terms is really interesting
Tech-Priest I have a logical question. Is it heresy creating a medical liquid for the repair and regeneration of Space Marines' flesh? (So that they don't have to replace organic parts of themselves with mechanical parts)
You can wish for a magic liquid that regrows limbs, anything could potentially exist in a fictional world. But even the Emperor had to work within some constraints when he was cooking in the gene lab. The blueprint for re-growing a limb resides in the genes, and only strong perpetuals are capable of regeneration of fully missing limbs and organs. The ability is not transferred in full from Primarch to Astartes, and it seems Astartes healing abilities have already been enhanced to the degree the process allows. Only those born with edited genes can hope to surpass this level. In short, the only one shown capable of producing individuals with this kind of healing factor was the Emperor in creating Primarchs, and this feat is not likely to be repeated soon or on a larger scale.
