Thank you so much for this! I came straight to your channel after attempting to place an order and finding them gone. It was the only savory bar I loved from any brand. 🙏🏼

I'm planning to make some of your rice cake recipes, but I'm wondering how you store them after wrapping, and for how long can they be stored? I would love to see you eat one after they've been wrapped and stored just to see the finished cake.

We have a video on how to make them last longer but best to eat fresh otherwise you can wrap and store in fridge for 3 days. th-cam.com/video/L7EYzJSCMh0/w-d-xo.html

I'm going to make this, but I'll put avocado spread in the middle and make bars like the ones in the Zone book. Pack em up and bring on a run.

Are these baked or just eaten cold from the fridge after stored? Agreed would love see the storage and un-storing process before eating!!

Once made we wrap and take them on adventure, they are not baked, we typically try to consume them within a day of making but you can refrigerate or freeze and steam them to refresh them.

could I just put all the ingredients in the rice cooker? or does it have to be after??

If you put the ingredients in to cook with the rice it will change the texture and can change the flavor. We have tried it with a few recipes and it really depends on the person's texture/taste preferences.
