Roberto Alagna - "Agnus Dei" - Bizet

Bizet a composé la musique essentiellement pour le théâtre, orchestre, et piano. Cet "Agnus Dei" emploi une melodie de "L'Arlésienne" dans un arrangement de Ernest Guiraud. C'est une chanson qui a été interprété par tous les ténors célèbres pour la saison de Noêl.

I like this version...it has a somber feel to it somehow quite appropriate for a Holy Thursday or Good Friday service. Nicely sung too.

This is actually the original key. Most tenors sing it in a higher key. But, this is the one Bizet originally wrote.
