Bhai mein ek student hoon . Mein ek DC CHarger banya hai y 220 se 12 volt ka . Yeh studies mein project tha. Mujhe ek samsaya/ problem as rahi hai.7812 laganey ke baad bhi voltage 16 volt multi hai. Jab iss ke sath 12volt ke 2 bulb car headlight ke 15 watt ke legate hain light ek dam se dim ho jati hai . Transform out 16volt dekhati hai multi meter per, but bulbs across check kartein hein tou 3 sey 3.5 volt atti.
Please advice me ke yeh kia nasla ya problem hai aur kia oos ka reason ho sakya. Iss samasya/ masley ka possible solution kia ho ga.
