Tom!! Out there you really have to do a side by side comparison with a single or double wide. Is it really worth to put up a real home compared to a trailer. Because the truth of the matter is those vacant lots next door will probably get trailers. Price is at a good starting point when you factor Florida's absolute stupid impact fees.
The only thing that backyard needs is a garage.
.22 acres is really small for having a well and septic.
I ain't buying nothing with these crazy and insane prices, I have 120k save up for a down payment but I'm not gonna get nothing right now, and anyways I don't qualify for the current home prices according to my bank, I would need a cosigner Wich I don't wanna have for my house
