Working with people like Nicole sucks, because they are trash people and are never as good at the job as they like to think they are. Also 100% the most likely to fold when things don't go their way so you end up having to carry their dead weight every time they have a hissy-fit.
Nailed it. My Nicole was named Rhonda, I worked with her for 4 years. We're still friendly a decade later.
Nicoles are also down to hear the rants, in my experience. Super supportive.

No, we will pick on you if you’re an As**ole or doesn’t follow orders and especially if you have an attitude problem. As a head chef, I can assure you even if you’re the most hated guy in the kitchen, no body talks bad about my staff.
Pickles clearly lasted a month, and has a name. Turnover is high, so maybe Chef wants to keep him (unless Pickles starts matching Aaron in terms of sheer volume of mistakes) and thus isn't too hard on him.
I always die when I see the reaction on the wife of the guy who tells the horrible awkward cringy dad jokes. She’s just so done with his ass. 😂

Pickles is his hardest worker. I like Nico, but occasionally Nico stands up to him. Look up Drew Talbert's video titled Labor Shortage. On Christmas Eve, Chef had to bail Nico out of jail and Nico still owes him money. That's how chef keeps kept him in check when Nico spoke up.

I started out as a hostess/cashier and then on to a server and all these videos hit so hard lol. We had a Nicole type too, I LOVED serving with her! Mine had no problem sticking up for herself and the other servers no matter if it was a rude guest OR manager. I miss that job

Ayyy finally someone who gives dishwashers some recognition used to be a dishwasher for sometime worked 2 jobs back to back dishwashing 2 different restaurants one of restaurants dish station was so small is was impossible to keep up since people seemed to not want to wash dishes for the last hour of their shift 😢
