You have stressed on a fact which generally goes unsaid which is minimizing the loss rather than maximizing profits. This one simple mindset would prevent many from going to 0 easily.

However as a general observation, with a risk of 50L you aim to make 1% of the capital deployed by aggressive strategies..The same can be achieved with much lesser capital and similar risky positional trades. The day markets make unexpected turns your adjustments will be far more riskier. Instead when your trades are going wrong instead of adjustments you can minimize loss by stop loss and moving into directional trades.

Moreover, he is getting 3-5% returns per month, which is achievable using simple and less risky strategies like he does. If you can aim for more return, trust me it will come at a cost.

Instead change the delta positional and show traders which gives immense knowledge or they understand much better where option Greeks play a important role. Your explanation is seamless but hitting boundary without a fence it looked. I am critic for you to improve adjustment concise with perfect logic. Only 20% people may understand this but still 80% will not follow. I am sure you will take steps to bring more clarity . I know your caliber you guys will do it . Stay Blessed
Appreciate your efforts to enlighten retail trader community.Lots of videos available to teach how to do straddles.But in live market things are different altogether..Thanks for the knowledge share ,on how to manage straddles..But too many adjustments in trade for newbees will totally goofup the trade...Critical thing is what leg we choose to cut down losses.and booking profit is critical..Where retail traders fail because of greed and end up in losses..Request you to make a video on making adjustments basis delta of sold legs vs bought legs...

Hey saketh, when you showed the backtest results of simple iron fly, I think there is a mistake in selecting the instrument. For ATM, nifty is selected and for hedged BNF is selected. Just FYI.

I have one question, why waste time and energy in adjustment, like the point when we had a 1069 loss i.e. at 28:00 we could have exited the whole iron fly and created a new iron condor, which could have ended in profit... just a thought
Yes sir, you are right. I had overlooked it Just corrected it and checked. it gives a profit of 30k in 4 years, for 1 lot with 53% probability of profit. Thanks a lot for pointing out
