I guess is difference approach . One is hard selling and latter is presentation. PLB impersonally i find Melvin is good, the rest trying too hard especially for some trying to imitate Mel. As for Rueben, he can consider being a radio DJ😂
Another good design I feel is if the condo is built directly above the MSCP, though I guess it might complicate construction as the columns in a MSCP are typically quite evenly spaced out but not in the condo units (e.g. if the different rooms between 2 consecutive columns are of varying dimensions)
@@StackedHomes Haha thats true. But man it really is getting small. I thought our HDBs were small but it turns out condos are now even smaller 😢. But anyways brilliant presentation as always! Really like watching these videos!!
2 reasons revealed in an earlier news report was that condos/flats now have a bomb shelter taking up some of the space also, while the corridor leading to the bedrooms take up space as well; older housed don't have the corridor as the rooms open straight into the living room instead (which gives less privacy to the rooms)
Nice presentation but quite a horrible design IMHO. The carpark in the middle is an eyesore and a "glorified HDB MSCP".. imagine the residents having to lug their heavy items all the way to their block. Not sure what's the true value proposition for the 120m distance between both towers other than privacy as the land could be better utilised.
Greetings from Tokyo 🗼. Do you use Chinese bagua or Feng shui for these places? Are Singaporeans aware of Feng shui? According to Chinese, having mirrors in the bedrooms are a bad omem. ....i learned in California, by a Chinese American Feng shui máster.....
Yes, Singaporeans are familiar with fengshui. What you see in this video is just a design concept. Some of us do not place mirrors in the bedroom and if we do, the mirrors rarely face the bed directly due to fengshui or for logical, functional reasons. Even if not for reasons related to fengshui, having mirrors facing away from the bed has positive psychological benefits - we won’t scare ourselves unnecessarily at night.
My love and I love mirrors facing the bed, soft ligting, romantic music, low volume when we do the horizontal tango. Westerners have mirrors in their boudoir bedrooms even on the ceiling , to enhance the erotic feeling. Mirrors are hot

Property lim brothers pronunciation kinda weird 😅 try-hard accent
Very natural presenter
concur 100%. thanks for this!
Agreed what a voice

I really like the way u talk. Professional is the word.
Thank you!
To answer Reuben's qn..i personally prefer dark themed homes..so the dark opulent washrooms gets my vote coz it looks so luxurious!
Thanks for sharing your thoughts! Dark does exude the luxurious feel!
Dark theme bathroom 💯
🙌
Please do Clavon at Clementi!
Noted on your feedback!
Having moved to a condo with basement carpark, I won't want to go back to multi storey...lol
🤣

120m distance from 2 blocks, but Hillier is just few metres away
😂 on the other side yes
Can you review Ki residences ? Would love to see it for comparison! Thank you!!
Thanks for your feedback! Will take note! We do have a full review of Ki Residences here: stackedhomes.com/editorial/ki-residences-review/
Multi storey carpark? Hmm Kinda have bad experience living beside it, especially during night time 😅
Haha yes it's generally not good privacy-wise!
Reuben is average looking but so charming & talk eloquently. If he also become property agent on the side, I think can get rich really fast
Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
What is the brand of toilet fittings?
Hey there! The wall-hung water closet and sink are from Roca with the rain shower by Hansgrohe 😀
definitely. waking up having a mid-wood.... ok that sounded wrong. Sorry Reuben. HAHAHAHHAHAAHA
😂😂😂
Why are all these new condos so small? I really wish they were just slightly bigger
Hey! Well if they were bigger, the overall price would be higher, so the developers have to manage this carefully according to their target audience 😀

Hey there! It just blocks out the view at certain angles 👌

yup paying condo price but MSCP....
There is no more SIM University anymore. It is called SUSS.
Thanks for pointing that out!
condo with MSCP is a huge red flag.
what is a MSCP?
Multi-Storey Carpark 👌
