Same cheapo homogenous tiles and engineered timber at another project at district 5. 🤦. The trend to earn big bucks is by selling at sky high prices, coupled with cheapo finishing. Buyers, please screen thru properly before committing to the biggest ticket item in your life.

Penrose as well, considering its launch price was very competitive to its resale counterpart - Sims Urban Oasis.
