Working with the Inner Child with Dr. Albert Wong

In this workshop, we will explore how to work with the inner child as a gateway to helping heal trauma. Students will learn how to work with the inner child as a symbolic representation of inner fragmented states. Through an embodied approach to inner child work, students will learn how to listen to, inhabit, and use childhood memories as gateways to healing.
