Watch as cops attempt to pull over motorcycle riders and dirtbike riders, and the atv's zoom away. Riders in this video don't seem to respect the red and blue lights of a police officer, and instead choose to drop a gear and disappear!

P.S. the fact you say "in my court" as if you are a judge tells me what I need to know about you, you're an internet troll who thinks saying things online makes you a bigger stronger person, but all its done is shown how little you know about actual laws and courts, you would get sanctioned and thrown off the bench if you attempted to accept this logic in a court room, its not that hard to remove a judge displaying such a poor understanding of the law.

This caused the kid to loose control and flip 3 times. He died soon after. One officer "secretly" turned her body cam on, while the others turned theirs off, to record the incriminating evidence. Before the internet was a thing, a cop I used to ride with told me that most cops HATE motorcycles, and love to "bum-rush" motorcyclists at traffic stops with the intention of knocking over their bikes and doing all the damage they can to them. He also said they will then say you were trying to escape, so they can justify their over-the-top action, which causes you even more trouble and expense. He even told me that if I were to get lit up while riding, I should come to a complete stop very quickly, and then jump off, throw up my hands, get 20 or 30 feet from the bike very quickly, and flop face-first onto the ground. At the time I thought he might be exaggerating, but these days all you need to do is watch TH-cam and see it happen with your own eyes in living color.

I’m from italy and we did a coast to coast on our bikes from NYC to LA, best trip of my life and at the same time it was the worst, we got pulled over like 40 times in 25 days of trip… i got pushed down from my bike in a parking after me and my two friends got there to stop as we saw the lights, we even pointer with our hands and as we stopped i was taking off my gloves and this guy came behind me running and pushing me down. At first one of my friends thought it was a robbery so he got down the bike trying to stop him but we realized he was a cop. I stood still saying “i did nothing! Why?!” And he was like “thought you would run away like that?” But we werent, idk but i never saw a running away at like 50 km/h, kinda slow. Lucky us that there were his partner who was friendlier, he saw we were tourists and we had everything on check, so they simply let us go saying “we cleared the misunderstanding as probably you guys have other ways to do things were you come from… next time stop, alright?” We simply said okay and we went our ways, but tbh we did stop, idk the usa but in Italy its not very good to stop in the middle of an highway, we usually get to a parking area at the side of the road or a place where we can do things safely. Never got stopped in Italy by cops but in the USA we were stopped lots of times and at least half of em cops were very rude and aggressive. Amazing trip, awful cops

This makes my blood boil!!!! I just left law enforcement after 20 plus years. I would NEVER have damaged someones bike like that, even if I KNEW for a fact he was going to run. I one time had an offender with a warrant walk right past 3 of us and he made a ballsy get away. The officers I was with were mad about it. I thought it was funny and thought "good for him!' he showed some balls and it paid off. He bested us that day. We will get him another day, but today was his day. That's how I approached my job. Sometimes I caught subjects and sometimes they got away. Thats the game we played. There was no call to handle this that way. I hate offenders that wont take responsibility or accountability for their choices. I strongly feel police officers have to have that same accountability. I hope the damage was paid for and I really hope that officer was reprimanded and reminded there are rules we have to play by. Sometimes subjects get away. Who cares?!? why are you taking things so personally? If he gets away today, you can catch him another day. Big Whoop!!! Protect and serve!! Not damage and harass!!!

Whatever agency is allowing this cop to remain on the streets also needs to be held accountable. Not only is this a disgusting form of policing, where you get to immediately tackle and handcuff people for basic civil infractions, but the cop is putting everyone in danger by immediately escalating otherwise low-risk contacts to use of force events. There were no lights/siren and no verbal or visual cues that he was law enforcement BEFORE going hands on. If a cop sneaks up behind another person and rips them onto the ground like that, all without mentioning the word police, the citizen may assume for a moment that they're being assaulted and seriously believe their life is in danger, and so instinct would be to fight back or reach for their conceal carry. The cop is gunna get himself or an otherwise law abiding citizen killed pulling this stunt. This is even worse than a no-knock warrant. This is literally just a surprise attack on a citizen. If a cop got stopped by another officer like this, they would shoot first and ask questions later.

I'm ex-military and can fight but because of those two facts I'm also calm no matter what goes down, I was an eod tech after all. To get me involved in a fight, you'd have to do something like this. Sue them champ, they asked you to by tackling you off your bike, and because you didn't retaliate (the video depicts you in a great light) & you've got all the facts to back it up, you could likely get a brand new bike outta the suit.
