Man this is hands down the best original swing/ragtime I have ever heard from this century.
Not that original after all. He played Bach.
@@sesaarinenYes, I did hear a Bach quotation, but I wouldn’t call that being “unoriginal.” I think incorporating Bach into ragtime was a genius idea. The idea of merging classical music and ragtime is an idea that has been toyed with for well over 100 years.

Swing certainly, not ragtime though ;) To be honest, this wouldn't work as a rag, it suits itself too well to the rhythmic capabilities of jazz.

Salut ce soir j'écoute toutes tes vidéo en playlist =) tu peux m'aider? à partir de 2:07 il y a des mélodies classiques que je connais mais impossible de retrouver ce que c'est! liszt bach ou scarlatti peut être? Jme souviens hyper bien des mélodies mais hyper mal d'où elle viennent c'est terrible

@@ashtonschanneljustfortwose6765 It's really funny seeing my comment again and your reply 1 year latter because i learnt a lot about music since then and guess what? i ended up learning handel's passacaglia after i found the score under my grandma's piano seat. Some part aren't that easy for my level, all i got is 2 years of haprsichord lessons when i was a kid... well i went all in on sport and other stuff but decades latter i realise those 2 years with a passionate teacher did an amazing job even if i were a terrible student it opened my mind and my heart to the blesssing of musics worlds.
