I've never had a digestive issue with bananas and milk. It tastes great with nuts and/or some cereal.
I did, I have acid reflux and it made it worst..
I guess we all react differently to milk. You might wanna try other milks like plant milk.

When we freeze ripe peeled bananas , they turn into a prebiotic
I can only use ripe bananas in smoothies! Green is the way to go for me when eating them alone or on oatmeal etc!
