Yea the machine work was iffy so i have to go back through everything. They didn’t even dip the block so I’ll be going to a new machine shop that will dip it and actually clean everything up. I will be using brass freeze plugs this next go around for sure though.

Is the house on top of the garage? Or in the back/side , ok I was going to say I heard a vacuum leak, that will ruin your day, it’s a mandatory clean room style build and Lint free towels rags in a engine like this one of your ,it very precise-matting surfaces ok, great , might need to pull the wheels and put the car on roller dolly’s,that would give you more room above the car, p.s. I have pulled core suport and fenders off before to have room, lol BigAl California thanks ,have a happy Abraham Lincoln’s thanksgiving established in 1863 as a dat of thanksgiving ok love ya

No it’s a detached garage away from the house. It kept idling weird so I knew there was a leak just didn’t expect it to be that vacuum block 😅. Microfiber towel are lint free. I use though or a tack rag especially when I’m painting. I’ll be using tack rags or shop towels when I get into the engine. Motors out as we speak. Happy Thanksgiving! Love ya
