This song was my anthem during my senior year of high school. I graduated valedictorian and I thought that my life was going to be great. I ended up bombing out of college, getting married too young, and struggling with both addiction and mental illness. I pulled it out of the ditch when I was 30 and I now have a master's degree and I am actually making the best out of my life now. I am an EMT and I just put in for the adjunct pool at the local community college. Listening to this song now makes me realize that my struggles actually changed me for the better. I used to be a real jerk in high school who would have never even considered a job where I would help people. Putting my life in the ditch actually allowed me to make the best out of my life!
Alex's voice is very unique. You know its him when you hear it. He is such a talented man plus a beautiful face.If this band came out this years, they would probably widely popular. 90s and 20s music and artists are the best. I miss this band

I have been in this situation my friend, where I wanted to end everything, twice.. I thought if I end it, I'll finally find peace, that the suffering would end. I couldn't take it anymore. Now I feel a lot better and a lot of things have improved, I think.. I'm happy now.. recently a very dear friend has ended her life, she hurt a lot of people by doing that. It hurt me a very much, please don't do that to other people. You don't realize how much it hurts to lose someone very dear to you.

I lost my beautiful mother 3 years ago and it still hurts till this day that she isn't in my life no more ...plus my grandma that I didn't have chance to know that passed about 10 years ago.
