How about the film produced by Warner Bros in 1999: THE IRON GIGANT ? It’s a film that didn’t have the success it deserved for that time But, it’s a wonderful film that reminds us that friendship can go beyond mere appearances 😉

You should check out Adam Sandler's "Spanglish". I would argue is one of his best "serious" films. But still has got a bit that dumb charm humor in there. What I love about his films is that, no matter how serious or "dumb" it may be, it's always got a lot of heart and intention in it. Spanglish will definitely hit a new note for you.

This movie was great but honestly Mavis was a huge hypocrite to me. She spent the entire movie telling Drac how you can't force someone to be what they aren't meanwhile she was doing the exact same thing that Drac was doing with Dennis and pretty much forcing him to live among humans.
if you pause the scene where Dracula tells mavis he would eat a buck of garlic tp fly with her. and you look closely at her stomach you can her little baby bump

@@TAGfrost I've seen plenty of cases of Dhampirs that never suffered from getting sunburned easily. For example, Blade and Castlevania Alucard.
