I have Lupus and the amount of drugs they wanted me on was nuts. I changed my diet, paid attention to how my body reacts to certain foods and I have not taken a single pill since. Do I have bad days sure but nothing even close to compared to when I was on the meds. I believe nature has supplied us with everything we need.

I'm a Navy veteran myself. I know for a past couple years, I try to go to Denny's for the Veterans Day meal. But I got nothing because I came in too late. I mean nowhere on their sign says they're only serving Veterans Day meals before noon. And on top of that, not everything on the menu is part of that deal. Made me like a few of the pancakes and hash browns or whatever I really don't care. But if they're going to do like a Veterans Day celebration breakfast meal, shindig at least say something like that on the menu or some kind of sign on the window saying the only serve before noon. I mean it's kind of like that all around the place. Like you can have a Veterans Day special but you're limited on when you can get it I'll basically what time you can get it and what you can get. So yeah, to me it's just another day.
So wrong to be treated that way.

I try each and every day to by a Veteran’s food wherever we go. I can only tell by if they wear something letting me know. Hat, shirt, etc. mostly without them knowing, just that the meals are paid for. It’s the least I can do! Thank you for your sacrifice to the grateful citizens. He has the personality of an entertainer, but his policies were very practical and helped the everyday citizens of the country. How do we know this? A lot of homeless vets are punishing themselves on purpose... Just saying... I'm a vet not homeless though but I have talked to homeless vets and a lot of them feel like homelessness is what they deserve for the things they have done... sad but true

You need to know politics and then research what's being said. You need to need to pay attention to it so you don't get misled and you have all the ammunition when approached. I get some information from the media and then I go and look it up to see if what was being said was true and I don't just look up one source. You don't have to speak about it in conversation, but knowing about it keeps the politicians at bay and makes them scared and nervous.

I was a part of the last generation of free range kids. We were taught to love God and Country. You respected the military and first responders. If you wanted something you had to earn it. I'm literally the first generation that escaped life as sharecroppers. We actually WERE a lot happier.
