People always want to push their narrative with OKC. All you hear is “but playoffs are different”. Then there’s a game that exemplifies that, and the Thunder rise to the occasion and everyone says “they should have won by more!” Like it’s a regular season game.
This could be the playoffs of role players that were awesome in the regular season but crapped themselves in the playoffs
NBA stats can be pretty weird. Nikola jokic and Anthony Davis basically had the same stats for the game but Anthony Davis finished with something like a -22 rating. I'm not sure how they figure out these numbers but it's obviously not all based on offense. I know it seems like turnovers and how much scoring you're giving up to the other player but they both gave up the same amount of points basically to each other though they didn't always guard each other. Somehow the entire Lakers team, maybe minus a couple backup guys, were in the negative. Also if you're Denver you figure you can play better than this because they're three points shooting was not happening at the normal level that night and on top of that they went to the line like five times. I know that's always something that happens in a Lakers game because the Lakers drive to the basket a lot and they've got LeBron who gets a foul call if you look at him cross-eyed.
Jaxson Hayes should probably play 10-15 mins to at least give more rebounding and energy. He seemed to have some decent plays vs the Nuggets this year. Not saying it will make that much difference but it’s a wrinkle.

John Isaac may have only started 2 games during the regular season, but if you’ve watched Magic games it’s apparent that he might be the 4/5 best player on the roster. And he’s shot well from 3 this season.

Boston’s route to the finals is too easy. The East is too weak to prepare them for any western team. They are going to get wrecked by the nuggets if that is the matchup. Boston is praying Nuggets don’t make it through healthy.
