It is sad that non-Muslims perceive Islam this way. I am a revert and before coming to Islam I experienced 9/11 with my Muslim coworkers. Subhanallah my experience was so different than other Christian Americans because I saw the perspective of good Allah fearing Muslims and it was not the message I was hearing from the media. Subhanallah I am so grateful to be Muslim and so grateful for these conversations.
