About that last post, I was told by the NHS as well that they weren't sponsoring. I called with the same number you dropped.
I currently work in the NHS and I have gotten about 3 offers with the NHS and I was told they will only sponsor band 5 but people still get sponsored by the same NHS.
I just concluded it depends on who you speak to.
No, its not who you speak to. NHS is a broad entity. Different trust can sponsor while some refuse to sponsor. So always identify the ones that can sponsor and stick to them. I will elaborate more on this one Tuesday. Join us by 5pm British time dear. I wish you good luck❤😘

Yes, it has always being like that. The only code affected is care workers with code 6135 and senior care workers with code 6136, working in the private sector only. If you get a job with the NHS, you can move with your dependants and other jobs anywhere in the UK excluding the aforementioned codes, you can move with dependants
