Hey guys, I live in Mn, & I knew the Revolution (& Prince) back in the 1970's/early 1980's from their appearances at clubs in Minneapolis (especially 1st Avenue, featured in the movie "Purple Rain"). I even dated the keyboardist ( 'Dr' Matt Fink) for a few months, until the movie came out, then we amiably parted ways. From my interactions with Prince I could tell he was very talented & driven, but ironically 1-on-1 was very shy ! RIP 💜

I was wondering why you were using Bernie Mack on a Prince intro.

It was an attempt to show my excitement with reacting to an actual Pince song instead of talking around them. The intro to The Pope summed it up. "You don't understand!"
Thank you for checking us out! 🙏🏾

Very, very serious song with a funky grove, but I mean, why shouldn't it be? Those days, we were used to world events that impacted everyday events.
