"Tell them to wait there, and no practice until I return". "Cut off their hands". "Kill him, or I will kill you". "His body is on the floor above. Fetch it yourself, I am busy".
i just spent hours trying to find the shit for necromancy, talk to old boy multiple times, going through all possible dialog to triple ffkin check u havnt found the stuff. i talked to him said i could only do threes company, then wasted hours. went back talked again and i had alrdy found the shit. keep talkin and keep going.
Followed the guide first attempt to a T, got 100 percent myself. If anyone failed you HAVE to have done something wrong, missed portal or missed dialogue. Guide worked for me.

IF ANYONE IS STRUGGLING, YOU NEED TO OPEN ALL THE PORTALS, INCLUDING THE ONES NOT OPENED IN THE GUIDE. Also, like another member has stated, at 10:58, you can go to another room and get a dialogue box. Not sure if this helped, I did this AND the portals to get 100% on my third try.
Simply right-click on Skaldrun and start the saga option, then you'll have a window pop-up showing all 5 stories. If you do not see all 5 there you haven't found that specific item to start the saga. However a lot of players have found the items as Dungeoneering is over a decade old, they just need to speak to Skaldrun and hit the option that is alongside the lines of "I Found a strange item/story/ect " for him to unlock the stories on said screen.

UPDATE: I DONT KNOW WHEN WHERE OR HOW I FOUND THE DEVICE BUT I JUST TALKED TO THE OLD MAN AND I CAN START NADIR SAGA.........I AM SO LOST BUT SO GLAD IM DONE RUNNING AROUND LIKE AN IDIOT. the different thing i tried this time was resetting progress on my floors, then i just rushed floors 18-22 for like an hour, went back to the old man and saw that i could talk about the damaged device.
@@louiev4489 Talk to Skaldrun BEFORE doing dungeoneering floor runs looking for any of the saga collection items. Forgot which option but its something along the lines of "I've completed this story, is there another?" Some players have found all of the items without even knowing. Glad you figured it out
You will have to find the Damaged device from normal Dungeoneering training floors 18-22 on any complexity, and look for a weird item on the floor throughout your runs and click on it. Item will not have a yellow dot on mini-map.
You have to make sure that your game sounds are turned on, and you'll want to hear for a specfic fast high pitched sound and click ASAP as the nodes will move, making you get 50%-75% of the memory instead of 100%
@@MrVeemonMaster I'm mobile so the things are off a bit I figured it out still used this guide for help lol, on mobile the first one is the 1 tick to the top right of the fast blink bottom right for the second guy and bottom left for the last guy to actually hit it 100% its kinda buggy on mobile

May take a couple tires as the biggest problem is getting all of the memoires 100% done. If you fail any of the 3 parts simply log out and re-do Saga. People struggle on that the most I've noticed.
Hit the "Escape" button on the keyboard and exit to lobby then log back in, afterwards speak to Skaldrun and enter at last savepoint. Best way to make getting the memories 100% chance "easier" without doing the whole story if you messed up.
Can be a handful of things but most people seem to fail finding all 9 memories at 100% discovery each, or maybe missed draining a portal near the end of the guide.
The memories are honestly the biggest issue as even with sounds maxed you can hardly hear them. The lore from all of the Saga's though are very good at hinting floor 61 and the legacy of the Fremennik story.

The game has not did that to me once. I get 100 percent every single time. It’s probably not beeping enough in the spot you both are clicking.
On mobile the memory part is different the fast sound is half and the middle note is full
DRAIN EVERY PORTAL or you will have to do this AGAIN

Talk to him regularly, do not ask him about the item. If you ask him about the item, he will say you haven’t found it even if you did find it
