I added breathing exercises and techniques going into my sophomore year and broke all the school records for my events by junior year. Trust me, perfect your breathing with athletics!

Now, because I have mastered my breathing, I love to run when I always hated running as a kid.

What's to stop coaches from yanking a player out of the game after a minute or two and sitting him for the rest of the game? I bet we'll see some abuses. But I don't think load management does much good. We aren't seeing championships going to the worst offenders. If an athlete can't play through the regular season because it's too hard, he probably isn't ready for the playoffs, when it gets real.

Very true. The breathing exercises are no joke. Steph Curry has the ability to regulate his heartbeats. Meaning he can slow it down to conserve energy. For example, I watched a yoga master bend his body to fit into a cube. He slowed his breathing once in the cube. The cube was then placed in the bottom of a pool for almost an hour at the beginning of the show. Neat the end of the hour long show, the cube was lifted from the pool and the man came out of it as normal! That allows Steph to run almost endlessly and maintain leg strength for lift and shooting the basketball. So when he senses a player guarding him is getting tired, Steph can give that extra burst to make things happen. Matthew Delavadova got a taste of that. He required multiple bags of fluid and some medical care after playing Curry in 2016. Curry has only gotten better since.

Hopefully, Dunleavy branches away from the small ball and pick up a big Dwight or otherwise. I’m beginning to think Kerr is the culprit for keeping the same system that Mike Brown has copied and mastered. If CP3 gets a ring with the Warriors he will never hear the end of it. The only thing that will keep GS from winning again is their beloved Draymond. I blame him for some of their failures in the past. If he’s not the main reason he will be one of them if they lose.

I like your analysis and agree with you that GSW is doing the best possible to get a big. However, you fail to see and mention the decline in defense. Sure, the offense has a few more championships but the offensive power of the bigs are catching up. Did you see in last year’s playoff that the Lakers defense slowed everyone down except Steph? Did you notice that the NBA champions last year had a big that averaged triple doubles every game? This big could also shoot 3’s at a higher per cent age rate of most guards? Did you notice that the team who eliminated my GSW did not need offense because they went to the free throw line? Did you notice a repeat of the same in the preseason this year? The defensive heart and soul of GSW is now head coach in Sacramento. GSW need to solve the problem of defense and bigs. The Lakers and the Sons have used my GSW team as a blue print to get better. If GSW wants to get out of the west, they better put some bigs around Steph Curry.

Practice breathing and actually controlling your nervous system. Own your emotions. Literally tell your self exactly what you are or want to be, do it with controlled emotions and breath. When that voice of doubt speaks out of turn, that wasn’t you.

Very true. The breathing exercises are no joke. Steph Curry has the ability to regulate his heartbeats. Meaning he can slow it down to conserve energy. For example, I watched a yoga master bend his body to fit into a cube. He slowed his breathing once in the cube. The cube was then placed in the bottom of a pool for almost an hour at the beginning of the show. Neat the end of the hour long show, the cube was lifted from the pool and the man came out of it as normal! That allows Steph to run almost endlessly and maintain leg strength for lift and shooting the basketball. So when he senses a player guarding him is getting tired, Steph can give that extra burst to make things happen. Matthew Delavadova got a taste of that. He required multiple bags of fluid and some medical care after playing Curry in 2016. Curry has only gotten better since.

I mean, its nice to have Dwight Howard on the roster, but I don't think the Warriors are better than they were on their latest championship run. Their bench was really deep then and that is no longer the case.
