I think you could have made more as an auction on Ebay Sandra for your Jewelry lots. That black bird I believe is called a Pie Bird, they are put in the middle of the pie while baking to allow steam to escape.

Some lots went for less than I thought they should have... UGH. But I made about $1500 on both auctions, so it is really the bottom line I guess. Honestly, a lot of that stuff was jewelry jar junk, but the stuff that wasn't should have sold for more $$$. Are those prices typical? Just to understand... The lots with a bunch of plastic stuff went for so much more - was it sheer volume? It's a bit of a "trick". Some gold buyers look for the word "scrap" in the title. So when I have a piece of jewelry that has nice gold weight -- I don't want to put the word "scrap" in the title, because somebody who wants the piece to wear or keep might think it's junky or well, "scrap" So... I put "not scrap", thereby flagging the gold buyers who may want it for melt or to put in the safe for the future -- at the same time though, making sure a buyer who wants to enjoy the piece doesn't think it's only "scrap". I hope that makes sense, it's a bit rambling. haha! Thanks
I would not use that Auction House when they did not follow your instructions and obviously you are not getting what you should for your lots. What a disappointment !! I seriously MISS your Haul videos, they are my favorite, I love to see what you find at thrift stores and pawn shops. And I especially like to see the Hauls from your Mom. You state you are trying to reduce your inventory does that mean no more Haul videos???? Please say that is not so.

Yes don’t lose money. Create your own lots on eBay and start them at the amount you willing to take the lowest amount for.
